Newly renovated 2-room apartment with outdoor terrace.
Cozy, lovingly furnished attic apartment by private.
The apartment is completely renovated (except for the doors) and the roof has been newly insulated to protect the summer heat. There are about 52 square meters of cosiness and relaxation on them.
The apartment consists of a small kitchen, small shower room with window, bedroom (2 persons), a folding bed (guest bed), as well as living room and dining area. Our apartment is located in the attic of our family home, which is in a very quiet residential street (Butendieksweg). Perfect to relax. There is a separate parking space available. To the Wernerwald it is about 3 minutes walk, to the sandstrand about 10 minutes and the next bakery with shopping possibility is likewise in about 10 minutes on foot reachable.

Eine sehr schöne kleine saubere Wohnung.Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich.Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig.Der Komfort war auch super.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.Kommen garantiert wieder.

Wir beide sind rundum zufrieden gewesen mit der Ferienwohnung für 5 Tage in CUX. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen mit einem persönlichen Brief & konnten unkompliziert in die Wohnung dank Schlüsselbox. Haben alles Nötige gefunden für den täglichen Bedarf. Ruhige Lage der FeWo, gute Erreichbarkeit mit den Rädern, zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto.Haben für 2 Tage die Räder geliehen, was für uns sehr praktisch war (für Personen bis etwa 1,80m!). Die Matratze war mir persönlich viel zu weich, für meinen Kumpel jedoch in Ordnung (ist halt Typsache).Danke nochmal!

Lange Wege
Unser Aufenthalt war "bewegend" und erholsam. Dazu beigetragen hat - außer das für Mai gute Wetter - die Freundlichkeit der Bevölkerung und des Hauswirtes.Wir wünschten uns, im Werner Wald gäbe es ausreichend Hinweise zu den Zielen der vielen gleich aussehenden Wege.

Die Buchung und Absprachen mit dem Vermieter waren problemlos und sehr freundlich!
Die Wohnung war sehr schön - einzig die Hitze unter dem Dach hat etwas Probleme gemacht.
Ich komme aber trotzdem gerne wieder!

Die nette Wohnung direkt am Ortsrand hat uns gut gefallen, der Vermieter gut erreichbar, auch bei Rückfragen vorher oder währenddessen. Antworten kamen prompt. Der Aufenthalt ist weiterzuempfehlen!
