the room was beautiful the beds were comfortable it was clean and quiet when we woke in the morning I wanted to use the bathroom facilities have a hot bath and leave for a day of exploring but unfortunately the toilet was plugged and it overflowed all the way into the vanity area so I was not able to use the bathroom and we checked out early.

Great location. Good service. Great breakfast. Good value for the money. I would absolutely stay there again. The only bad part was that Mt Rushmore was smaller than what we expected. We grabbed dinner at the Buglin Bull. It’s a warm and inviting place.

Great place to stay. It had plenty of parking. I had an oversize truck and trailer. The room was nice, with a comfortable bed, several outlets, and decor that matched the pictures on their listing. The breakfast and breakfast area would have been worth spending extra for, it was that well done. The staff and all encountered were professional and caring. I'm likely to stay there again next year, and that's after staying in several other places in Custer over the many years I've been staying in Custer. I'm glad I found it as reasonably priced as it was, making it worth checking out.

The room was disgusting.smelled like smoke and body odor. TV did t work. Rugs had more staining then I ever seen in a one hour special motel. The attendant just laughed at my problems here.

This place was very roomy and clean. We stayed here for 3 nights. Great indoor pool and hottub. They had a nice hot breakfast. Everyone of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. It's in a great location to get to a lot of sites in the area.
