The staff in this place are the most considerate, friendly, and helpful people I have ever came across in a hotel while travelling. The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. I had a light meal when I first arrived and it was very good. The only issue (I was reluctant to bring it up to the staff because they were so nice) was the shower having warm water and not hot water.

The room is big! (I forgot to take a photo), with radiator! The bathroom is spacious! There are two wash basins! The bathroom also has radiator! The breakfast is rich, with free fruit and tea! The floor-to-ceiling window for breakfast has a beautiful view! The night view on the second floor is also beautiful! It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the Plaza de Armas, passing the Twelve-Angle Stone!

Love tocuyeros so much! The front desk and kitchen staff of the hotel are very good. I couldn't find the small door of the hotel when I arrived on the first night. The Venezuelan waiter at the front desk waited for me to come out to pick me up. It was very funny. We also made Chinese noodles for the staff in the restaurant. I love eating very much, and the location of the hotel is also very good. We are only a few minutes walk to the Mayor Square, where we can buy all kinds of top brands Kuna! I love Cusco so much. On Sunday we caught up with the university celebration. When we were leaving, the girl in the restaurant and her boyfriend sent us out and bought me a little alpaca. I love it here so much!
