This is my second time staying at Qoya. The services were as great as last time. I had an issue about the lighting in the room which I forgot to mentioned to the reception but one of the associate at the restaurant, her name is Sofia, asked me if my stay having any issues. I told her and that evening the issue was fixed. I really appreciate the hospitality and I couldn’t thank you enough to have someone like Sofia joining the hotel’s team. It was hard to communicate with people there as English is not so common and to have someone to talk to and understand what we need is the starting point where you can provide good services, and Sofia did that. Good job to her, and the rest of the hotel team as well. I also would like to mention that the breakfast was superb! They changed the buffet line everyday and I love that! Just wish they can update the a la carte menu as well.

I love this hotel! Awesome pillows, comforter, bed and I love the robe! The staff was incredible. Fernanda at the front desk helped me so much. She made copies for my business. Sophia in the restaurant. Her service and was outstanding! I loved that the both Fernanda and Sophia spoke excellent English! I love the restaurant. Great food and great atmosphere too. This hotel is BEAUTIFUL, comfortable and excellent.

A flawless stay!
I had an absolutely excellent experience at QOYA Hotel Curitiba. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority.
The staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure a great stay — always greeting with a smile and happy to help. The hotel’s overall ambiance is elegant and modern, and it truly felt like a five-star experience.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Curitiba. I’ll definitely return on my next trip!

Beautiful Hotel, Central Location
The hotel offers comfortable rooms, good amenities. I like the gym and pool. The breakfast was also great. It is close to a mall and many restaurants. I recommend staying here if you are ever in Curitiba.

It is a very nice hotel with excellent service and kind employees. The building and amenities are very modern and the hotel is in a convenient part of town. I didn’t like the orientation of the bathroom and found it to be difficult to have space to get ready in the morning.

Excellent services and clean, the facility is located near center of the city. Could be better if the hotel offers facial tissue in the room. Also the hotel does not offer the airport transportation, it might be nice to have this sevice included. Breakfast on the counter is not having much variaty but you can order from the menu as well, which is nice.

The lobby is nice the rooms are ok. We stayed at the quya in São Paulo and it was awesome. This was less than awesome. The location is ok. The staff were ok the bed was comfortable and it is quiet. While staying there was all ok what was surprising was how bad the breakfast was. It was like they thought they only had 10 guests. All food was gone. They said we are out and it’s 9 am. Very disappointing. My recommendation would be to bring the management team from São Paulo to fix this. It could be great but ok seems to be the standard
