Horrible experience!! Do not stay here !! I stayed here for 5 weeks on business. On the 4th week I was over charged. When I brought it to the manager/ franchise owners attention he was absolutely disrespectful, rude and dismissive. Telling me that I wasn't "getting it " My charges were only pending that day so I waited to see what was going to be permanently charged to my account. The next morning the charge posted so I went to show him where he had made a mistake, before I could even get a sentence out of my mouth, he started yelling at me to check out, that he was tired of dealing with me. I got my receipts and showed him where he had over charged me. No apology for his rudeness or mistake!! I'll never stay at another choice hotel again and strongly urge anyone else not to!!!

great hotel - good location
The room was very clean, but when we walked it, it had a slight smell that was similar to mildew smell, after running the AC it helped it not be so strong. TV remote did not work very well. Other than those two things the stay was great, pool is nice, breakfast was good, staff is very friendly, would definitely stay again.

The breakfast could be improved with a few simple things like larger coffee cups, fresh peanut butter and a variety of yogurt.

Room was very roomy and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was better than some places. Eggs with cheese and sausage and waffles, muffins, yogurt.

The room had a musty smell and we noticed the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and it appeared moldy. The staff was very friendly and polite.

The beds are amazing and the pillows but is too old and you can feel the humidity and the furniture,, the carpets are screaming to get changed

Tjis is the second time I have stayed here for a work trip. If you are looking for a great stay at a reasonable price, this is it. Front desk was awesome and you are walking distance to a few restaurants. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, the room and bathroom were very clean. I would reccommend.
