Days Inn by Wyndham Cullman

Check in was not so good. Night Clerk charged my credit card twice. She said the extra charge would come off in 2-3 days. I must check that. She was friendly tho. Housekeeping didn’t show up for a problem we had and we had to ask again and a maintenance guy took care of it. Room was quiet, breakfast was good, shower pressure was awesome!!! I will stay there again.

Please don't stop here. Cockroaches were crawling out of the wall and there was trash and a razor blade on the floor. I booked a non-smoking room and they "didn't have any left". The staff were very helpful, but it's been almost a week and I still have yet to get my refund.

Room was clean and the staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay there in the future.

This place is fine if you have little resources and need to sleep but be prepared for the multiple families living in most rooms of the hotel. The pool area is surrounded by families drying their laundry on the fences. It's definitely not a luxurious hotel.

I have to give the positives first: the helpful lady at the front desk helped find me a room when they were basically full. Thank you. The bed was nice and comfortable, the shower had nice hot water, fridge was nice and cold, TV worked well. Now for the not-so-positives: I feel like a 3 rating is pretty generous because the lobby smelled of urine to me and my room was less-than-well cared for. Walls badly patched, paint in poor repair, baseboards falling off, curtains falling off, bathroom pretty sketchy (a big clump of hair in the tub for one thing). With all that going on I didn't want to take my shoes off because I was skeptical of the carpet's cleanliness. Walkways were dirty. I was able to connect to Wi-Fi but not actually able to get into any websites. I paid less money the night before for a much nicer room. I would not stay here again.

This place needs a lot of work but management did find me a room when it was looking like us need to go elsewhere. Thank you.
