Would give 0 if possible. Had items taken from room by house keeping. GM Anne admitted it was their fault and acted as if she was going to help, as days passed she rudely hung up on my after informing me they most likely weren’t going to reimburse items. Refused to give me her managers info

We had a perfect stay here for one night. Everyone was super friendly from the check in to the cleaning staff. The property and especially the room were spotlessly clean. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet (midweek stay on 4th floor). The breakfast in the morning was nothing to write home about but not awful. The workout room looked well equipped, unlike most hotels in this price range. Would definitely stay here again.

Arrived for check in and our room was “occupied by another party” we had to wait 30 minutes with a baby until the room we had booked was ready. Sink water smells, takes forever to get hot. Had to ask for sheets for the pull out bed and wash cloths because there were none when we got there. AC/heat unit goes right back to 73 when we would lower it. Overall has a very cheap feel and little to no care by the staff about the delay in room.

Excellent location and service. New building, very clean and quiet. Check in was very smooth. Coffee bar was a wonderful for after dinner. Staying weekly for a while and feel at home. Travel by myself and felt very safe. No complaints and nice stay every time.

Very rude and inconsiderate! I was charged for a additional night that I did NOT stay. I was promised by the manager by the name of Ann, that I would NOT be charged and the reservation had been cancelled. Ann stated that she would add the points back to my account for a free night. I have not received points. Attempted to contact Ann she rudely hung up, attempted to call back several times no answer.
