Fabulous Home located at one of Smith Lake’s most exclusive development: Point William. Point William is conveniently located to major lake destinations, yet is secluded enough to add much-desired privacy to its’ residents. This property is nestled amongst one of the most beautiful areas of the lake and is near a boat launch as well as a marina for things such as gas, snacks, and sweet treats for the kids. The home itself offers outstanding views of Smith Lake and the large outside porch is a perfect place to enjoy family time with those you love. You’ll find every inch of this property amazing and exploring the cove in the canoe that we have provided is a MUST DO while you are here. There are very few steps to the double-slip, private dock. (You are welcome to bring a boat). The lake level consists of the master bedroom and bathroom, as well as a second den with a daybed w trundle and a crib for those with an infant or toddler. The entry/ main level is perfect for entertaining and consists of the kitchen and dining area, the pantry, a half bath, second porch for grilling and an inglenook that is cozy regardless of the time of year. The inglenook has a fireplace and entertainment center, along with views of the lake and hillside. Above the entry level, is another level consisting of two guestrooms that have stunning views of the lake, along with another bathroom. From there, you will find a loft / bunkroom consisting of 4 twin beds and an entertainment system perfect for adult seclusion or for children. A COMMUNITY pool sits on top of the property with breathtaking views of the lake. Children and pets are certainly welcome , but must be well-trained and disciplined as the home is located on a rock bluff. While our beloved four legged babies are allowed, no pets are allowed on any of the furnishings and must adhere to the same water safety precautions as the rest of us do. Great short stay after Xmas
Our family had an awesome stay for a couple of days after Xmas. House is well appointed, great view and owners are very nice and responsive.

Has anyone been here in a while?
We loved the location and amenities that came with the rental - pool, dock, canoe, etc. All extremely nice. Unfortunately, the condition of the house was poor. Very dirty (especially for very young children). Also, lots of lights were burned out and severe maintenance issues with 1/2 bath. It appeared no one had been there in a good while.
Unfortunately, the condition of the house was poor at best.

Great Lake House in Peaceful Point William
This house was perfect for 3 adult couples to each have a bedroom while the kids enjoyed the bunkroom and downstairs room with a trundle bed. The dock was not that many steps from the house compared to many other homes on Smith Lake. Point William is on a part of the lake that is not super busy, so it was great for a relaxing weekend with friends. We will definitely be back!

The lake house was perfrect
We had a wonderful weekend, as a bachelorette trip, with the bride to be, 4 precious friends and one baby. It was a relaxing and very peaceful long weekend. We rented a boat from Squirrel's. It was a perfect weekend.
