Gostei da estrutura do hotel é nova
Tivemos um susto no elevador, ele subiu até segundo andar deu um apagão e retornou ao 1 andar comunicamos o pessoal da recepção e foram atenciosos em resolver o problema,
O café da manhã é bom só não gostei das mesas pois são muito fracas e bambas.

Fiz a reserva e fui e tive que pagar duas vezes. Paguei com cartão de crédito pelo site trip.com e tive que pagar no Hotel também com cartão de débito. Até agora o Hotel não me retornou e não me extornou os valores.

Hotel dentro dos padrões da rede, café da manhã muito bom. O único inconveniente porque pensava ser no shopping mas tinha um quarteirão de mato pra chegar , não tem jeito de ir a pé. Quando fiz a reserva, era para passarmos a noite então tínhamos a meta de beber no shopping e não precisarmos pegar carro

Muito bom
Foi muito boa, o quarto limpo, roupa de cama e banheiro limpo, somente o cobertor estava usado e pedi outro na recepção (acho que tudo deve ser trocado a cada hospede). O café da manhã é muito bom.
