Bliss Our villa was pure perfection: million dollar views...fully stocked kitchen...great sheets and towels...lovely deck with outdoor dining and views...comfortable couches...nice pool..and close to Cruz Bay for shopping and dining. Bliss Host was very informative with tips. She also gave us notes on beaches and restaurants which was very helpful. Michael from the local office was very upbeat and polite. You will LOVE staying at Bliss in St.John.

Superb spot in St. John We had an amazing stay at Bliss villa. The villa was so clean and well stocked, with everything we needed and more. Everything that is available for your use is high quality and thoughtfully provided. The host gave us excellent directions and very helpful tips to help us enjoy our stay on the island. We were greeted by a local rep for the complex who arranged a taxi to pick us up and showed us all around the villa. We called the agency once for a battery change on the safe and they came out promptly to do so. The villa is at the top of the complex, affording privacy and beautiful views. There were a couple of power outages while we were there - this is relatively common on the island - but it was not much of an issue thanks to the host’s advance directions. I do think that guests with accessibility issues might not find this an optimal option - the land around the condo is quite steep. Our boys loved sleeping up in the loft though and we all had plenty of space.

Great time at Bliss Family vacation, diving/hiking/beaches.Bliss was a great home base, enough out of the downtown to be quiet but walkable for dinners (although the walk back is very steep at the end. Not good if you are not in shape. Pool was great and barely used by others there.

Beautiful villas but had issues The villas were very nice. There were a few problems. We received a call one week before our vacation and were told that the place was double booked!! Cynthia was very apologetic. To rectify the issue she booked two places one for 5 days and another for 3 days. This was very inconvenient to have to move in the middle of our vacation when we had a tour booked that morning at 8am. I feel we were not compensated at all for this. She would be willing to give us 10% off our NEXT visit, which I feel was not compensation. The cleaners moved everything for us and were really nice. One day we had no water. I called that morning at 9 AM to notify the office. We went to the beach for the day by 3 o’clock when we returned no water. I had to contact the office again! I guess a switch was broken and a plumber was getting the part to fix it. It would have been nice for someone to call me and let me know the status.

A piece of paradise in St. John We had an excellent time staying at Bliss at Cruz Bay Villas! We loved the location since it was close to town but far away that it was quiet throughout the day and evenings. Our kids loved the pool in the complex especially after dinner or after the beach. Our unit and the whole complex was clean and well taken care of. Parking here was very good. The owner (Cynthia) and the property management on the island were easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

Great location, Amazing views Another amazing week on St. John, and the accommodations at Bliss, Estate Enighed only added to the experience. Being high on the hill, the views from the deck are breathtaking. You are very close to town, and just off of Centerline Road, so it’s easy to get anywhere your heart desires on the island quickly. We’d go back in a heartbeat!
