Check-in et check-out beaucoup trop longs, paiement au check-in avec surtaxe de 200€ d'où check-out très compliqué, chambre ne correspondant pas à la description lors de la réservation, salle de bain insuffisamment éclairé, toilettes dans la salle de bains, affectation d'une chambre pour handicapé et non demandé. Amélioration à faire de manière significative.

Un hôtel de luxe unique . Dans un cadre grandiose , cette hôtel est propice au repos et la détente ! Le personnel est très accueillant et au petit soin. La chambre, Le spa, les soins, le petit déjeuner, les cocktails au bar tout est PARFAIT ! La salle de cinéma est vraiment un gros plus, pour les cinéphiles nous avons adoré ! nous reviendrons sur cette magnifique « COLLINE VIVANTE » 😃
