This is not a hotel, reception is a porta cabin, WiFi does not work on 2nd floor, no breakfast as there is no one around , still had lighter and cigarette butts in ashtray from the last person that stayed there. Builders working on swimming pool. Maybe things are different and better at high season.

The entrance is difficult to find as it is behind a club, so we were not sure what was what. There was no one at their reception, but children, that ran away afraid of us. But they brought back their adults. Parking was not marked, so you park anywhere inside the complex. Our family room had a small kitchen, beds for each child and a couple's room with a balcony. No chair on the balcony and run-down clothes drying rack. To access the beach, you have to walk around the whole complex. A nice thing is the pool to relax. The city is about 15 minutes by car. The tv was a kind of computer monitor size, and we found a camera in there. It was too late as I had already changed clothes in the room, and I was glad we found it right at the beginning of the night. We found it because we were looking for an outlet to plug in and charge our cell phones. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this place. We stayed just one night.

Metto 1 perché 0 non esiste. La stanza spaziosa, praticamente nel mare. Peccato per la sporcizia in tutte le parti della stanza, dal bagno e alla camera da letto. Biancheria inutilizzabile, sporca, dura e bucata. Siamo scappati dopo la prima notte. 4 pagate.

Hébergement facile à trouver, en bord de mer, un peu en sortie de ville. Nous avions une belle grande chambre, donnant directement sur la mer, avec salle de bains. Très belle vue, ainsi que beaucoup l'ont déjà indiqué. On ne s'en lasse pas. Large balcon (encore plus grand, voire énorme pour la chambre voisine, mais pas avec la même vue), aménagé. Bon accueil, mais ensuite on ne voit plus personne avant le lendemain matin… Il ne nous avait pas été donné par exemple d'indication pour le wifi à notre arrivée. Impossible de contacter quelqu'un (pas de téléphone indiqué). Parking fermé devant l'hébergement et grande et belle piscine avec vue sur mer (dont nous n'avons pas profité par manque de temps). C'est donc un très bon plan si on ne tient pas à être en ville. Le seul point sur lequel il y a à redire est le petit déjeuner dans un préfabriqué. Sommaire, avec très peu à manger (des produits congelés), ce qui est dommage. Ce point serait à revoir afin de rendre le séjour parfait. Il est possible de faire mieux sans grandes transformations. Il est possible de se rendre à pied jusqu'aux tout premiers restaurants de la ville en bord de mer, même si ce n'est pas tout près (tout était fermé sur la plage). Nous avons choisi une pizzeria, Mea Culpa, où nous avons été très bien accueillis. En bord de mer, donc.

Bellissimo weekend fronte mare, in visita a Crotone per l evento festa patronale, non potevamo che scegliere di meglio , struttura posta a nemmeno 50 metri dal mare, stanze ordinate con tutti i comfort. Balconi delle stanze sono spaziosi e arredati con salottini. Colazione nella media , con vista incantevole. Personale a colazione gentile. Ringrazio Danilo per l ospitalità dataci nell suo residence . Struttura A due chilometri dal centro , lo consiglio per qualità prezzo, comfort , mare a 2 passi. Piscina circondata dal verde. ottimo, peccato per la colazione
esperienza decisamente positiva, personale gentilissimo, stanza confortevole con vista bellissima, pulizia, non metto il massimo perchè c'è una nota negativa: la colazione era veramente scarsa, sul bancone solo fette biscottate, nutella e fruttini da spalmare, una pasta veniva fornita fornita solo su richiesta e vuota... non c'erano torte, frutta, salato, insomma tutto quello che da un hotel ci si aspetta come prima colazione.
