Decent enough stay, but we booked for the sofa bed which was not at all a proper pull-out bed and so not comfortable for our big group.

As a life time Marriott Bonvoy this is one of my moist disappointing stays. This hotels totally lacks proper management. No General manager , assistant general manager also let go the 2nd time I stayed. front desk team is not properly trained in Marriott standards. they are also unaware of Marriott guidelines what steps to take when walking elite Bonvoy member. They called and said reservation at courtyard and when arrived they had no idea as they were fully sold out. it so happens they sent me to the wrong hotel. luckily the front desk manager at the court heard Marriot got on the phone and instructed the front desk at Springhill what steps to take . finally they sent me to courtiers 30 minutes away having spent nearly 2 hrs to check almost midnight. Have written to Titan Hotel group the management company and called ,now it is over 2 weeks and no response and call back having left messages. one example of an issue at 10pm no engineering on staff . a room with a broken thermostat at 65 degrees freezing cannot be fixed. the maintenance gentleman said he does not handle technical though he tried . hence if an issue at after hours will have to wait till next Business day.

A 3.5. More thought & this would be 5. Nice people. Good location. Mostly clean. Decent parking - there’s a charge, which felt petty & was not mentioned when reserving. Thin walls. Loud neighbor. Comfortable bed. Decent internet. Weird breakfast. Sausage. No eggs. Biscuits. No gravy. No protein for people who don’t eat meat. Safe & modern. Gas and CVS nearby.

When I arrived they informed me that my reservation had been canceled because they were sold out! I asked how that was possible when I booked it over a month ago. They informed me than can cancel reservations through 3rd party companies, like *******. I was stunned! Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

Great Customer service
The hotel was nice. The staff was beyond friendly, it was clean and modern. Although the breakfast wasn’t that great, The breakfast lady that was there during the week was so sweet. I didn’t get her name but she was adorable. They need more variety at breakfast. It was no fruit and the same thing every morning. They also need new waffle machines as well. I was charged for an extra night but my son caught it. If he wasn’t there I would have over paid. But the staff corrected it promptly. Last is Having to pay $3.00 a night for parking didn’t make since to me because it’s not a parking garage or a gated parking area. I just didn’t understand that. Would I stay again? Yes because of the customer service and good customer service don’t come easy these days.
