Decent enough stay, but we booked for the sofa bed which was not at all a proper pull-out bed and so not comfortable for our big group.

Little things added up to make our stay frustrating. When we checked in we learned there would be a $3 a day parking charge. We expect a charge in a city location but this is not one. Come on, this is just irritating. Next, when we tried to use the hotel computer we were told it was broken. In addition, all the ice machines had been removed which meant that we had to get our ice from a central one on the first floor! Finally, when our TV wouldn't work, the young woman at the front desk told us she would send up someone to help. A half hour later no one did and after calling back, she said no one was working that night! Marriott, you can do a lot better!

As a life time Marriott Bonvoy this is one of my moist disappointing stays. This hotels totally lacks proper management. No General manager , assistant general manager also let go the 2nd time I stayed. front desk team is not properly trained in Marriott standards. they are also unaware of Marriott guidelines what steps to take when walking elite Bonvoy member. They called and said reservation at courtyard and when arrived they had no idea as they were fully sold out. it so happens they sent me to the wrong hotel. luckily the front desk manager at the court heard Marriot got on the phone and instructed the front desk at Springhill what steps to take . finally they sent me to courtiers 30 minutes away having spent nearly 2 hrs to check almost midnight. Have written to Titan Hotel group the management company and called ,now it is over 2 weeks and no response and call back having left messages. one example of an issue at 10pm no engineering on staff . a room with a broken thermostat at 65 degrees freezing cannot be fixed. the maintenance gentleman said he does not handle technical though he tried . hence if an issue at after hours will have to wait till next Business day.

Location is good, parking is terrible, all parking is away from the main entrance or simply behind, or back side of entrance's main lobby, walls are thin, so you hear everything. Drive way into Hotel is very confusing ,

Poor breakfast, lack of food. Only eggs, ham, cereals. On weekend most of food finished by 9 AM. Room cleaning was below average. Room was not vacuumed, my leftovers were not cleaned.
