Nous avons été déçu par cet établissement 3 étoiles qui avait pourtant plusieurs commentaires positifs. L'hôtel est triste et pas du tout chaleureux. Le gérant et l'agent d'accueil sont froids et désagréables. Certes, la vue est jolie, on peut apercevoir la mer de loin ; la chambre est propre mais les meubles sont basiques sans décoration, strict minimum. La literie n'est pas confortable et le canapé lit grince. Le petit déjeuner proposé à 16 euros par jour et par personne est cher car dépourvu de produits maisons, tout vient directement du supermarché du coin ! Je déconseille également l'hôtel aux cyclistes. Nous avons été obligés de laisser le vélo de mon mari (d'une valeur de 5000 euros) dans le bar soit disant "fermé à clé et sécurisé". Résultat : la porte était toujours ouverte et nous avons repris le vélo sans que personne ne s'en aperçoive ! Bref, nous n'y retournerons pas !

I had to cancel my booking at the last minute due to a family emergency. I couldn't reach Les Galets and it took over 4 days for them to respond to my message via Booking. No sympathy and only the conditions were mentioned. No refund, nothing. Customer service is not known to this company.

Hotel moderne très bien situé (à 400m de la plage de Criel) et au calme. Chambre (avec balcon) spacieuse (305) avec très bonne literie et grande salle d'eau avec WC. Propreté au top. De la chambre très belle vue sur paturages et mer. Parking voitures situé sous la partie hotel. Super accueil sympathique par responsable et personnel. Petit déjeuner bien fourni et varié. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Lorsque nous revisiterons la région, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Hautement recommandé

Notre chambre au 2ème avait une fenêtre côté mer, en complément du balcon.
Personnel sympa,
petit déjeuner bien complet
Parking pour les motos aussi (qui ne ferme pas actuellement)
