Great location, especially if have an event at Crieff Hydro, with free parking just around the corner. Room was spacious, clean and really lovely. Bed was comfortable and had everything we’d need for the one night.

Better Than The 'Big' Place in Crieff :)
Fantastic size family apartment (Thistle) with great facilities.
Food was excellent and a great range of drinks available.
Mostly importantly the service and staff were first class.
Highly recommended.

Good Value for the Cost
The room was great. The view was great as well. I loved that I could close the shutters and keep the light out (summer solstice). It was nice to have a mini kitchen; I’m sure it would’ve come in use had i stayed longer. The downstairs restaurant was filled with patrons until well past midnight and it was directly below my room. It was hard getting to sleep. The breakfast basket I paid for ahead of time was supposed to be delivered the night before. I had to wait for someone to show up the next morning so I could get the basket. It delayed my departure by about an hour. Limited parking.

Lovely staff
When we arrived, we thought the outside looked a bit tired, but inside it was lovely. The rooms had been beautifully renovated. The staff were brilliant. So helpful and kind. On the down side, there are only 2 parking spaces. There was no bin in the bathroom, for women that is an absolute necessity. My husband mended the thermostat on the radiator, as it was not connected properly and could not be changed. There was also a problem with the bathroom floor. As if a piece of flooring had broken, as it felt like you were stepping into a hole, every time you forgot to avoid it.

Very enjoyable stay
The Large Self catering Attic Apartment was well fitted and very comfortable, felt very much like home from home. Pub fayre was of very good quality, tasty and well presented and served in a timely manner by really pleasant staff.

Beautifully clean apartment with amazing views, up to date appliances and great setting with dinner available downstairs - perfect for our stay and convenient for a local family wedding.
