Good afternoon I am writing this review because I have stayed at this facility back in August me and a friend and I enjoyed my stay I enjoyed the staff as well young lady needs to supervisor there and one young man I met his name was Ricky and the service is good the breakfast was delicious and the housekeeping service was the same I will always pick this place if I was traveling everyone is very nice very clean facility thank you Patricia Bronson. We arrived and were greeted at the front desk. Very polite and helpful. I can say most people will judge by your appearance and I was not judged. I loved it! The evening desk lady was very welcoming as well. When we arrived back from the beach. There is a great team of staff members here. The entire hotel inside and out is very clean and well maintained. I love a great hotel at an affordable price. Hotels like this one are not rare but it’s rare to find an entire staff days and nights that enjoy their job and have excellent customer service. You get what you give when it comes to respect and this hotel is very polite. Don’t mind the red dirt road that’s not a road yet but it’s not their fault. I heard a family complain about that. The entrance is by the Wendy’s no where else. That way you don’t mess up your car trying to pull in where that construction. Housekeeping is great when I went to thank them for what they do and keep this place clean and organized she thanked me and seemed pleased.

Very clean rooms, excellent and very friendly staff, breakfast was great. Easy access to the hotel and to I 10 and lots of restaurants around. I usually stay there 4 times a year and Planning to return very soon.

Had an amazing stay here, it is either new or recently renovated. Everything smelled and looked new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful breakfast too. Will definitely come back if in the area again.

I was helped by Sierra. She was very helpful and accommodating. She went the extra step to provide the best options for my stay. The attendant usually ask the usual greeting questions and nothing comes from it. Thank you Sierra!!!!

Staff is always friendly and professional. They greet you each time you come in. The p look ace is clean and neat. Easy access to. Interstate 10 and downtown Crestview. The price is well worth the stay. Breakfast was clean and inviting.

Right off interstate. Check-in was easy, we were given a room right by the pool door, so we changed a room with less walk by traffic. We missed breakfast by 15 min but a very nice lady went and got me a few cinnamon rolls to heat in my room. Would stay here again

Great stay! Friendly, helpful staff! Clean, comfortable rooms and worked well for our pets too - they gave us rooms on the 1st floor which makes walking dogs easier! So thankful for pet- friendly hotels!!
