As a family of 4, we recommend staying at this hotel! The room was clean & spacious with a friendly staff. I loved the pricing and location as everywhere else was sold out & way over priced. The only thing I didn't like was how the loud roaring noise the shower made. The dryer on floor 3 did not work at all so we had to go elsewhere to dry our clothing.

I was confused at first because Maps gave me the address but it said Quality Inn but I was relieved to find out I was at the right place! Staff is so friendly, I relaxed at the pool for the weekend I stayed there ( early mornings and late evenings are the time to enjoy a relaxing time lounging at the pool) I don't workout so I didnt bother to check out their gym. Food was great. Oh and my room was peaceful. Big thumbs up!

"Quality" Inn it is not. Initially I thought the room was OK for the cost. But once we got moved in, our opinion changed. First the floor was disgustingly dirty, which was unnoticed initially because of the grey laminate flooring. Once it got dark and the lights came on. YUK! Almost slept with my shoes on. Also, the molding around the base of the tub was dirty and moldy. AND, the hair drier did not work. The pillows were very low quality as well. So glad we brought our own. Worst of all, I spied and killed a cockroach just as I was getting in bed. We immediately took all of our luggage and other items out to the car. Did not want to take roaches home with us. That said, the roach(s) may have come in with the previous guest, and it is Florida after all. But absolutely no excuse for housekeeping staff doing such a poor job with the other items mentioned above. Management, you must follow up with housekeeping staff. All of those complaints aside, Rocky, who checked us in, was personable and efficient, the bed was comfortable, furnishing adequate, and the room quiet. This was my third stay at a Quality Inn this week. We tried to give the chain the benefit of the doubt, "THREE TRIES" to get it right. Nope. All were sub par. We don't need fancy furniture, a big screen TV or whatever, but we do expect cleanliness. Will never stay at another Quality Inn and most likely not another Choice Hotel. We stayed one night at another Choice Hotel, Sleep Inn and Suites, Metairie, Louisiana, (a step above Quality Inn) but it had cleanliness issues as well.

Sadly, this is one of the worst hotel reviews I've ever had to log. I was expecting a much better experience than I achieved. Here it is: PROS: Friendly staff Nice looking property Convenient location CONS: no breakfast, not even a paper bag of basics "due to renovations" no common-area 24/7 coffee service "due to renovations" toilet not attached to floor properly brown water in toilet when I entered the room (it flushed okay) toilet immediately stopped up when used took a shower (yes, carefully securing the shower curtain!) - got out and there was water over a large area of the floor. Used all towels to absorb the water. The next morning there was even more water, and it had migrated under the wall and into the bedside carpet, so I got out of bed and stepped in water carpet. There were no working USB charging ports in the room. I would not stay here again. There was never any response from the owner / manager concerning these issues, even though the clerk took notes.

I checked into the QualityInn in Crestview on 11/31/24 using my credit card. I checked out on 12/1/24. The Hotel charged my card twice in addition to the cost of the room . One for $100 and another time for $150 . When I called to inquire on the reason for the $250 charge they informed me that it was because they smelled cigarettes. I do not nor have I ever smoked a cigarette a day in my life. I have called up there several times requesting to speak to the manager or the owner but nobody will return my call. I want to know why they charged me $100 and later in the day another $150. Also I want to know how they came to the conclusion that I was the one they were going to pin this on. Nobody has returned my call and I've left 10 plus messages throughout the month of December. They took food out of my grand babies mouths and presents away from them for Christmas and don't have the common decency to return my call to explain why they stole my money. Seems to me they think if they ignore me I'll go away but that isn't going to happen. I don't take kindly to someone stealing from me and essentially my grand babies. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME . MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE. WHY IS HIS POCKETS GETTING FULL WITH MY MONEY ANY MORE IMPORTANT THAN MY BABIES HAVING CHRISTMAS OR FOOD ON THEIR PLATE. Thank you in advance for reading this and please get back to me .

Pet friendly rooms are disgusting. I have no choice but to travel with my pets, I kennel them when they have to be left in the room and I gladly pay the pet fee but….when I am charged $20/night/pet above and beyond the normal nightly rate, at the very least, I expect a clean room! I was in 2 different rooms and not only did they both smell horrible, the floors were dirty, bed skirts were filthy, there was hair all over the tub and damage to all furniture, baseboards, etc. I have been told pet fees are charged in order to repair damage caused by pets and is also used for extra cleaning. I’m not even certain these rooms were cleaned at all. I had to go buy cleaner and clean the room myself before we could stay (non-refundable room or we would have left) The hall smells like pet urine and there are stains all over the carpet. There were only 2 towels in the room and when I asked (multiple times) for more towels, I was always told they were out. The breakfast was basically non-existent.This is the equivalent of a 1 star hotel at best and certainly is not worth what they charge per night. Do better Quality Inn Crestview

Our motorcycle group had a block of rooms reserved for our stay. At check out I was overcharged $32.46 and I questioned the desk clerk. She went back and double cried and said "you're right but I can't refund you the difference now, the manger needs to do that and he's not here". I tried contacting the manager for several days and he was never there. I explained what the call was about and she confirmed that the manager was the one to handle it. Finally got a hold of manager and explained the situation and forwarded a copy of my discharge receipt with the desk clerks signature that in fact I was overcharged. He assured me I would get a refund back on my credit card. Never got it ! I emailed the manager several times and told him I never got the refund. He said it was refunded. I called the credit card company and they assured me a refund was never placed. I'm putting this out there because it seems deceptive practices are being used and if don't catch it, you'll get taken.

If you are disabled, do not stay at a Choice hotel. If you are looking to book for the advertised price for a room, do not stay at a Choice hotel. If you are hoping to be given the room you paid for, do not stay at a Choice hotel. If your family is in mourning, do not stay at a Choice hotel. If you would like to see just how spectacularly a company can fail to meet reasonably acceptable standards in any area, by all means, stay at a Choice hotel. We were traveling for my mother's funeral. I tried to find the bereavement travel rate online, but couldn’t. I contacted the hotel, but no one knew it. So I emailed reservations. I had to ask three times. Each response was from a different person, and each time, instead of answering my question, they responded as though I had asked something else. I contacted customer service who told me that we had to make the reservation FIRST and we had to do it through the reservations phone number, before they could apply the discount. I did so, and the best price they could offer was about $300 more than the advertised price on the hotel website. This has happened every time I have ever booked at a Choice hotel through the hotel directly or the reservations number, and they’ve never been able to explain why they are unable to match their own prices, just that they can’t. Their “low price guarantee” specifically does not cover their own advertised rates, only third parties. I attempted twice more to contact customer service. After first ignoring me, they told me the bereavement rate was handled by the hotel, and they were sending a message flagged as “urgent” for the hotel manager to contact me, but no one did. I didn’t realize until afterwards that I had been given instructions to reserve by a method guaranteed to cost more, in order to be eligible for a discount they had no intention of giving. And this sums up how this company sees your suffering: as an opportunity to fleece you. My spouse and I are both mobility impaired, so we reserved an accessible room with a roll in shower on the ground floor. At arrival, they told us that they didn’t have handicapped rooms on the first floor, only the second. This is the second time I have encountered this bizarre phenomenon at a Choice property, and they won’t tell you till you get there. As you can see from the pic, the roll in shower has a wicked curb to jump. A tub-shaped “border”. Front desk told me my only other option was a non-accessible room. In the second pic, you will notice an unusually vacant area for a hotel room layout. It took me a bit to realize there was no easy chair/reading lamp. Apparently, they assume that the wheelchair bound, after popping wheelies in and out of the shower, and rappelling down the side of burning buildings, don’t need anyplace comfortable to sit and relax. On what we thought was the second to last day of our stay, our key cards stopped working. I went to the front desk and informed them. The woman at t
