Fairfield Inn & Suites Crestview

The hotel looks pretty new inside. It was a quiet hotel. TV service could be improved. Don't bother waiting for the TV Guide. It might be the next morning before it loads. The breakfast buffet was fine and good for a start to the day. Front desk staff were good.

The hotel is cemntrally located, the rooms are clean and comfy, plus it had a full breakfast included. However, the TV channels were limited, the pillows were useless, the water pressure was horrible, the sink didn't drain, and the breakfast was disgusting. They had bisquits and gravy with turkey and pork sausage, but after one bite of each, we had to throw it out because it was that awful. If you are just there for a quick overnight and those things don't matter to you, then it is a great stay. Otherwise, pick a different hotel.

After having a terrible experience at the Fairfield in Tyler, TX, this hotel was fantastic. There was always someone on duty at the desk for questions or towels, etc. We were asked if we wanted housekeeping daily. The ice machine worked (unlike Tyler). The breakfast buffer was excellent with not oatmeal, two waffle irons, as well as many more hot and cold items. We didn’t swim as the weather rained the whole time we were there, but the pool looked clean and ready.

This hotel checks all the boxes for a traveler who needs a clean fresh new hotel to sleep in while traveling on the road. It is 4 years old, clean, close to the interstate but far enough to be quiet, located behind a Chick Filet, has a good breakfast and great staff. We stay in hotels around 12 times per year and this is one we will return to when in the area. Also, great fitness center.

We stayed here for one night at our halfway point on our way home from a trip. We had stayed at the Fairfield Inn Pensacola on the way and were horrified at the dirtiness of it. But this one was clean and well maintained and quite comfortable. We will definitely choose this one again.

Ask the General Manager if there is an issue of MOLD in the building...and what has been done to resolve it. Bleach cover up perhaps? Ask about other issues. Im sure full disclosure, in my opinion wont be disclosed. Mold is a serious health and safety concern. Mold spores circulate in the air ventilation systems of buildings.

My son spilled cheese-it’s on the floor and I did ask for a broom to sweep it up. Of course I couldn’t get every single crumb, we went to lunch and when we came back, the manager said that they had cancelled our reservation. They packed our belongings and basically told us to get the heck out. I have never seen this behavior in my life. I will make sure to leave a review on every website, let social media know, and call corporate to let them know that the way the staff is acting at this location is hurting their brand. We are 915 miles from home. I don’t know if everything was properly picked up before they shoved our things at us as they told us to leave. Based on the area, it is believable that they might have stolen some items before “returning” them. It was very odd that they did not allow us to go back to the room. To me this was not the hospitality that I had heard of in the panhandle and we will never return to this area. I need to warn people of this area and definitely not to come to this hotel.

this is a good road trip hotel. I wouldn't stay here multiple days if you are wanting to sleep in, as you hear a little bit of road noise and the "slamming door alarm clock" happens here. If you are planning on getting up and on the road, this place is a great choice. it is very very clean. The bathroom actually vents really well. They are serving full breakfast w multiple fruit options. I will definitely stay here again on my next road trip through the area.

Stayed here for business and had very good experience. Nice property, clean, convenient, very fresh. Easy access to restaurants and grocery. Efficient and friendly staff. Assistant General Manager Kristopher F made the stay enjoyable and welcoming
