We have been loyal BW customers but while we have stayed in really nice ones some have been downright disgusting. We were having a hard time along I-10 finding a BW that accepted pets and had good reviews. We decided to try Hilton’s Hampton Inn and we really liked it! The room was nice, clean and well taken care of. The bed was comfy and noise from the hallway was minimal. Both the evening and morning staff were very nice. We will definitely be staying at more of the Hilton Hotels and quite possibly switching loyalty programs. The only negative I have is the $75 non refundable pet fee. It seems a bit high when we’ve only paid $0 to $40 at any other place.

Rooms was very clean; breakfast was hot and fresh. Plus, my coffee was hot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my next stay.

The breakfast was really good. The room smelled bad like it got sprayed with a strong stinky cleaner which was very off putting. We didn’t enjoy breathing that in the whole time in the room

The only thing I can dislike are the pillows. Like placing your head on nothing. Bring your own pillows. Everything else was excellent.

Very welcoming lobby entrance. Friendly staff. Nice decor and well maintained. Like the room layout with plenty of room for luggage and shower head on opposite side of tub controls. Appreciate bar soap for the sink. Highly recommend this location.
