This is an ideal location on the 4th floor, close to the beach access and pool area but with an unhindered view of the ocean. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast as the sun rises over the water. There is a brown leather queen sized sleeper sofa and a comfortable oversized leather chair, sink in and enjoy the view. There is a huge 46" Flat Screen TV with the Xfinity popular channel line up, ceiling fan and a cute table for two in the living room. The kitchen is just enough, with two burner stove top, toaster oven and a new medium sized stainless refrigerator (as of 11/2019). The bathroom has a new /walk-in shower. The seaside colors and jewel toned tiles bring a beachy charm that few condos can rival. The private bedroom has an exotic look and feel. Enjoy the view of 36" flat Screen TV from the queen sized bed while the ceiling fan lulls you sleep with an ocean breeze.
