Tout près de l'autoroute vers le Sud, tout est pratique pour les familles. Le vrai plus c'est la piscine qui semble bien entretenue et qui est assez grande ! L'ensemble a été pensé avec goût, la scénographie et la décoration ont du charme. Notre chambre familiale, avec vrai balcon, était très spacieuse et fonctionnelle, avec une très bonne literie et au calme. Nous avons dîné au restaurant du rez-de-chaussée (très pratique) et avec de vrais choix dans le menu enfants (pas que des frites, burger et glaces mais aussi du poisson pané, des légumes, des compotes). Ma salade tomates buratta était bonne mais j'ai été déçue par mes pâtes végétariennes (trop cuites et avec une sauce qui manquait de goût) mais c'est un détail ! Tout le personnel est gentil globalement, on est très bien accueilli ! Beaucoup de choix au buffet du petit-déjeuner aussi dans la grande salle de restauration très cosy ! J'espère pouvoir emmener à nouveau ma famille pour cette super étape sur la route des vacances !

La stanza molto piccola, bagno in due non si riesce, asciugamani solo teli doccia molto piccoli, niente asciugamani per il viso ne prodotti per lavarsi! Letto con topper che si spostava continuamente, armadio inesistente in materiale di ferro tipo una griglia ! Non mi è piaciuto per nulla!

Tres bon hôtel :)
Bon hôtel surtout au niveau de la chambre et du petit déjeuner avec une partie salé ( oeufs brouilles, bacon, fromages,...) piscine dommage pas le soleil du Sud, et sinon pas de bouilloire dans la chambre utile pour se faire des tisanes le soir et cabine de douche un peu juste pour un hotel 3etoiles Ibis, et pour le jus d´orange de machines pas terrible non plus. Il manquait aussi des pancakes, crêpes.

Boendet var helt o.k., men maten på kvällen var en stor besvikelse. Man serverade en färdiglagad hamburgare som varit djupfryst och sedan otillräckligt uppvärmd, förmodligen i en microvågsugn. Den var helt kall inuti.
Fick en stund senare en ny som var tillagad på samma sätt, dock lite mer uppvärmd än den förra. Fick ingen ursäkt över huvud taget för detta.
Frukosten var dock helt o.k.

Booked just the one night on route from Spain. We were checked in by a very distant female who didn’t want to be there. We were appointed our room and just smiled. We opened the door a smell of greasy hair hit us. Then a dirty pillow case had been left on floor this was obviously a cleaner mistake. Which I understand. When I went to reception to explain and showed her a photo I had taken of the pillow case i asked had the room been cleaned things really changed the female who checked us in wasn’t happy about my query and said I will look. She looked grabbed the dirty pillow case said all pillows smell like this it is the laundry we use. We said we would like to change room. We were then given a single disabled room. A cat would have struggled to have moved in it. We did not complain again. Just smiled and let her think we were happy. At 6:30am the fire alarm went off and the whole hotel had to evacuate. It was a false alarm but the 2 ladies who were there doing breakfast thought it was a big Joke and laughed. Sorry but the price I paid this was a nightmare stay. I have been an Accure member for many years and this was totally unacceptable.

Never again.
Checked in and when we arrived in room the room had not been cleaned. Dirty pillow case still on floor. Pillows smelt of greasy hair. I went to reception and the lady came to the room with me she said this was normal. We requested a different room and were given a disabled room that was tiny. The hotel was not even half full she could have given us any room but was not happy we had complained.
We were woken at 6 am by a fire alarm and the whole hotel were outside. We used the bar and restaurant and the food was excellent
