This is a great place to stay if leaving early or arriving later into Gatwick. Located off the road in a rural setting, with a lovely pub with beer garden. Quiet and relaxing.

Badly in need of modernisation needs air con as the rooms are stifling hot and the fans provided were a waste of time however staff very friendly and very easy check in. Pub next door was excellent great range of drinks and a decent menu. Staff also very accommodating and helpfull

This was the worst Premier Inn experience we’ve ever had. It has to be renamed as it is very confusing for visitors. The staff agreed with this as they get a lot complaints about its proximity to the airport. It is very unclear that there is no air conditioning across the whole hotel which made it unbearable. The pub next door is very convenient and the food was fine. There is no on-site restaurant in the Premier Inn. Definitely one to be avoided.

The hotel top floor is in the roof space. It was incredibly hot. Told on arrival to expect this which was not helpful. Window opened a fraction. No air con, 2 hrs sleep for ÂŁ80 seems a bit steep.

No air conditioning and room smells bad. So we would have had to have window open even if it wasn’t boiling hot inside the room. Most windows face the car park in an airport hotel where people start to leave for flights at the crack of doom. You’ll struggle to sleep at all and if you do manage to sleep you won’t for long before you are woken by the car park and the planes. Didn’t feel very clean either. Genuinely avoid.

We arrived at 2:10 pm and was told either we pay £15 per room for early check in before 3 pm or wait. We waited until 3 pm then we were told that our rooms are not ready and we had to wait for 15 more minutes. Then when we entred the room we found no water bottles at all. We asked the receptionist for water bottles but they said they don’t provide water we have to buy from the vending machine. Honestly, I will make sure to avoid staying at premier inn again.

Room was unbearably hot. It wasn’t during our heatwave either! Had a fan in the room but the window only opened a very small amount which made the room very stuff and hard to sleep in. I personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel in summer due to this.

The room was very clean but really hot and we couldn’t sleep as it was so stuffy. We had to make up our own extra bed which is no big deal, but staff was minimal. Far from airport and the cost for a cab ranges from 19-24 pounds. There is nothing nearby to leave the property and most of the property looks abandoned and in disrepair. Staff were friendly.

Rooms are advertised as no aircon, they did provide a fan and sheets instead of a duvet but still uncomfortably warm, reconsider using this hotel if the weather is hot. A shame because great location and the Chef & Brewer next door is fantastic.

Over the years we have stayed at many Premier Inns around the UK...and have stayed at Gatwick Crawley Town West many times. On our visit which was on Sunday 22nd June it wasn't plain sailing. After booking a meal in the restaurant and updating to a meal deal.., we proceded to pay. But unfortunately on two attemps to pay there was a problem with there wifi and two payments were taken out of our bank account. After a lot of phoning we did get a refund. We waited five days for the return of our money.
