Stayed here for one night. The hotel is located on the highway, lots of fast food options around. The hotel was clean and so was the room. It had everything we needed with a balcony on the room over looking the pool. Breakfast was ok, omelette available as well as continental options. Perfect for an overnight stay in Cranbrook

Had a wonderful 5 days at the hotel. Super friendly, and the room was very clean. The restaurant Bay leaf has really good food. The pool was absolutely amazing with places to sit around. They have a washer and dryer that works well. It was a very peaceful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

They supposed to return security deposit but they take a small cut for no reason.

The room was clean and the location was great. The front desk service was very attentive and meticulous. If you're visiting Cranbrook, this hotel is a good choice. It's very close to the largest mall with a variety of shops.
