Bathroom was not clean properly, toilet still had feces marks from the previous client. Hot and cold taps were reversed in the bathroom sink There was no bottles of water in the room, even for the coffee maker. Bedroom windows would not lock, both locks were broken

Room 108. Clean. Good Staff and good service 1 disappointment ..Hot Tub was not working Breakfast bar could use a few more things,,ham ,sausages or bacon. Overall , we were happy with our stay and we hope to stay again soon. Thank You .Medicine Hat AB.

We enjoyed our stay. The Staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The slight downside was the hot-tub temperature was cool and the jets were not working but it did not impact our stay. We will look to stay again if we return to Cranbrook.

Staff was friendly but sometimes struggled with language. The premises seemed clean and well run. It was quiet enough and the beds were comfortable. We were there on a busy night and for whatever reason the parking lot was full (if you arrive late you night you might struggle to find a spot and have to park next door), but had a lot of people essentially camped out there smoking, listening to music, drinking and eating. One group planted themselves right in the circular part of the driveway next to the hotel entrance. Seemed a touch too red-neck trailer park feel.... and the smoke and noise was less than desirable. Staff did nothing about it. They are slowly updating rooms. Our room and our friends' had a new dresser but the wall behind it was not fully painted. Looked odd. The towels are small, thread bare, not soft and heavy bleach smell. There is an adequate breakfast room but way too small for the size of the hotel (no place to sit). But the worst is that we stayed for 2 nights but there was no room service between our nights. I like coming back to a clean room, bed made and clean towels. That is part of the experience of being in a motel/hotel. I paid for 2 night and expect to get the same service for both nights.

The hotel is clean and convenient and well priced. The pool was fantastic for the kids! We would stay there again for sure.

Hands down one of the worst rooms I’ve ever booked. 1 - floor lamp 1 - 1 bulb light in the ceiling by the window 1 - broken chair 1 - random huge coffee table pushed up against the wall 1 - well worn table And curtains that didn’t close all the way. Honorary mention goes to all the patches in the wall and the unexplainable #30 written on the wall in indelible marker. We were warned there was no fridge but there was no coffee maker, glasses/cups or visible power outlets. Breakfast was a choice of toast, 2 types of bagels, 2 types of stale looking cereal, a broken pancake machine, powdered orange drink and a red drink and yoghurt. While we were eating breakfast one staff member sat down at a table across from us, scrolled through her phone and fixed her hair.

We stayed overnight at this location twice over 4 days. Entrance to the hotel off the main road is cery rough pot holes etc. Breakfast selection very limited compared to similar properties we have stayed with in the Wyndham group.

The only thing was that the overall feeling at the motel was “unkempt” however, it could have been a bit due to it being the wintering months. But inside the room and breakfast seemed a tad bit lacking.

We booked here Because we were attending a child event, We booked for the pool and was told it was to cold , that it might be warmer by tomorrow We went to our room and the bed were dirty. Mine had a bloodstain on the cover and my daughter had a bloodstain and black marks on her sheets. Her bed looked like it had been slept in and not changed. The pool was also yellow and disgusting looking. We wanted to leave and asked for a refund which the manager refused to give us! Not sure that's even legal. They gave us a different room which was cleaner but we really didn't want to stay there anymore. The so called breakfast is a joke. Terrible!. We were told that they would give us a discount but when we checked out they tried to not give it to us. The did give us a small discount in the end, but basically they forced us to stay there! I will never return to this Hotel and please save yourself the money and disapointment of staying in this dump!
