Ramada by Wyndham Cranbrook

The hotel bathroom smells. It’s mouldy they have sprayed air freshener to cover it. The free breakfast is terrible. God only knows how long that waffle batter has been there. I asked today if we could get fresh towels and I was told they have none. We didn’t have house keeping come in our room. How does a hotel run out of towels. I guess they allow dogs and the price was good. So at this price I have to expect a stinky dirty place? I have been to London UK I guess and stayed in a place with holes in the ceiling. Other than that this takes the cake for worst hotel stay ever! No elevator if your on anything above the first floor right on a busy highway. I hope there is a better stay in Cranbrook for our next visit. Also do t trust trip advisor cause it’s rating this hotel #1 in Cranbrook yet look at the rating. I am so disappointed in trip advisor

Television didn't turn on water in the sink, and it was extremely slow to drain. Other than that the stay was uneventful. Thank you

The exit was hampered by being a shared drive. Big holes. Insufficient hand towels daily (should be 1 for each guest, not only one for the room)

Older hotel needing updating. A few things have been updated but not enough to feel like it was worth the cost. Dark rooms. The hot tub water was yellow. Gross. Water slide was fun. Breakfast was untidy. The waffle batter was separated and gunky. Not appetizing. Front staff were great. It was clean ish. But could use touch up paint and easy updates like lighting and new switches. Rooms were v small with stained carpets and dingy old table/chairs. Would have looked better omitting the chair and scratched table. Unfortunate because staff were great.

Loved my stay at the Ramada in Cranbrook! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfy, and the bed was amazing. Great location, quiet at night, and the breakfast was tasty with lots of choices. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

Breajfast Just one note about the breakfast. It was well supplied but the food warmers were not keeping the food hot. Assuming this would be a food safety issue. The eggs, sausages-and potatoes were cold.
