Nice large rooms very comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. Helpful staff. Buffet was better than most and attendant was on top of it keeping buffet area super clean and well stocked Will stay again and refer friends

During our stay we noticed our room was missing the required emergency evacuation signage. Without any apparent care or apology the manager stated that the signs are on order. It's one thing to unknowingly put guests in a room that isn't fit for occupancy, it's another to knowingly do so. If any guests were to only discover this during an emergency the ability to safely evacuate would be compromised. The manager showed zero concern for guest safety and seemed downright angry that I brought up the issue. Beyond the safety concern there were some other issues with the room. We booked what the hotel calls a 2 Queens One Bedroom Suite to minimize disruptions getting ready in the morning. While it was a large room it was missing the wall and door that typically defines a one bedroom suite. This open concept room category would more accurately be called a studio. What made matters worse was that the bathroom sink was by the beds and open to the room to ensure maximum disruption. Across from the sink was the room's closet and it was missing not just the hangers but the rod as well. The hotel also had a few minor issues that didn't seem up to Hilton standards. Despite the Hilton Honors gift proudly displayed under an acrylic case, there was no gift or acknowledgement of my Gold status during check in. When I pointed this out I was given a fraction of what was displayed. The front desk was also regularly left unattended with what seemed like no one in the office behind. I never thought that staying at a Hilton I'd be reporting a safety concern. I did so locally, but doing so with Hilton corporate is where another issue arose. They said they typically have managers reach out but would have hotel ownership do so in this case. I'm not sure if this is how it works as I've never contacted Hilton about a hotel before. To date I haven't heard anything from the owners or anyone with the hotel.
