The stay was great, we got a free upgrade and the rooms were awesome. Heating and aircon were avaliable great for all seasons. very spacious and washing machine is avaliable.

Disappointing for cost. Booking procedure quite ujnclear.
Took phone calls to locate correct building for checking in.
Building needs maintenance - lift not working second day. No soap dish in shower so tubes of body wash, shampoo etc had to go on floor. No face washers

Stayed here for 1 night, block B, fourth floor. Apartment was clean, but very white, bland, boring. No nightsafe, apartment door difficult to secure, 10am checkout. Check in staff friendly, but no one around when we were leaving. Wouldn't stay again.

Noise from surrounding apartments was horrendous. Could feel every movement from the apartment above when someone walked.
