Smooth and efficient check in , Bonvoy account recognized. Large front desk reception area which is on the first floor level dominated by central atrium! Spacious clean and comfortable room , well sound proofed and equipped to the usual Marriott standard. I was on the 12th floor and had a corner room . Shower was powerful with good temperature control. Good non slip floor in shower area ! I had a drink and a snack in the lobby bar , excellent lady behind the bar who remembered what I was drinking , snack was nice and price was good / reasonable. Had a very good sleep . Good location around 15-25 minutes from the international airport, depending on the time of day / night . Hotel is very close to one of the bridges crossing the nearby river and it’s a short walk across to nearby restaurants, shops and sports stadiums , YardHouse , CVS, Walgreens, Kroger and others between 15-25 walk . Lovely hotel , friendly staff throughout and a pleasant safe city

Place was great! Grandkids love the pool. Everything was spotless, clean and smelled so good.. amazing location walkable to restaurants in scenic view of the river from our room. Breakfast was out of this world entire staff was nothing but helpful.Aisha at the front desk was top of the line maybe she go far in this industry. I will most definitely return.

Absolutely lovely stay, Andreu took my car and was fast and efficient. At check-in, Katy at the Front Desk gave me the loveliest view of Downtown Cincinnati and Harrison & Ryan at valet made sure I got to work on time the next day!

The time that I was checking for a hotel to stay for the whole time for work for almost 2 months, I was hesitant and in doubt if I will try Marriott at the RiverCenter. But when I finally got there on my first week and was able to connect with their team, I was beyond happy with how they treat their guests. From their managers to everyone you see in the hotel. Doris was great at the M lounge. She is one of the best!!!! I recommend this hotel with a great view of the City!!!! Great job guys and keep up the good work!!!! Great customer service!!!!
