NICE LOCATION, NICE SPACIOUS ROOM, WE LOVED THE HAPPY HOUR AND APPETIZERS AND JUST A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. VERY COMFORTABLE BED (PILLIOSW NOT SO MUCH) SHOWER GOT REALLY HOT WHICH WE REALLY APPROECIATED. ONLY ISSUE FOR US IS THAT WE DID HAVE A PET SMELL THAT WAS UNBEARABLE AT TIMES BUT THEY SAID THEY DONT BELIEVE OUR ROOM HAD A PET IN THERE BEFORE OUR STAY. I HAVE BAD ALLERGIES AND SNEEZED ALL NIGHT LONG

It doesn’t even deserve 0 stars!!!This has been the worst first experience here or at any hotel I’ve ever been to! By the way, I never leave reviews for anything. Our first room (218) had a mouse nest, feces, and urine all over the the pull out bed. Tiffany (room manger) ensured a room change or some type of compensation. The GM stated no room changes were allowed, however they approved it after mentioning the mouse nest/waste all over the bed. Tiffany (the room manager and the only person that actually tried to help) told us to go to the lobby to get a new room assigned. However, the “acting” manager instructed us to wait until all other customers were checked in (over an hour wait) before he could assist. After an hour wait, he then said no rooms could be changed. They instructed us to bring our personal belongings to store at the front desk while we go to the Reds game. When we took everything down to the desk, they set us up in the the second room (208), which had stained sheets and a FLOODED FLOOR! Yes the floor was soaking wet from the air conditioning unit malfunctioning. They finally set us up in a third room and stated they would provide sheets and linens for the pull out bed - they did not. They failed to make anything right with this situation and made this trip absolutely miserable. Also, all phones were down for some reason - probably so nobody could call in and complain about all of the issues. This has been the worst experience at any hotel and I would never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone!
Even with the robotic statements, “if there is anything I can do…” and then do nothing… my family will not stay at this horrendous hotel ever again!

Beautiful place to stay. The view from my room was perfect. Exactly what I wanted with a great view of the river, bridges and the stadium. Every staff person I interacted with was so friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect for access to the city but other than that there's not much going for it. Room was big and bed was comfortable but overall the room was old and dingy. Carpet stained and bathroom not cleaned well. The room smelled like mildew/damp... or AC worked but I know the night we were there a lot of rooms didn't have working AC. when i went to take a shower before bed I found our towels VERY damp. Very gross!! So I went to the front desk to grab a few towels. To make a very long and frustrating story short, it took over an hour to get two clean, dry towels. The were horrendously short staffed so good luck getting any help with anything! (The guy at the front desk offered me his condolences on the lack of dry towels in my room.) The breakfast was fine but again they were obviously short staffed as there was food debris all over the place. This place needs to be gutted and better staffed!!! Front desk twice told me I'd get points replaced for my hilton rewards but that never happened...

The staff was accommodating and kind but the hotel rooms need to be completely redone. This is a pet friendly hotel. Our room smelled like cats and the carpet was soiled. There was also a roach on the wall behind the front desk. Artwork pulled off the wall. The staff tried to ozone the room to get the pet stench out but it wouldn’t budge.

Overall the hotel was great. The only down side was the room needed updated and the water in the shower and sink did not get hot. The day we left the were actually working on the water so maybe this will be fixed for the next guests. All of the staff were friendly. We really enjoyed our server Brian at the bar and restaurant. D at the omelet station was awesome and we eveb spone about family and his upcoming family reunion. will definitely be back and will recommend to others headed this way.

Hotel itself was great, but our specific room not so much. I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites before and never had any issues, so I’m going to give grace and will visit again. Large room, mostly clean room (besides a dirty tub and bathroom floor), great location with cheap parking for a large city ($12 a day in the garage connected to the hotel), and complimentary breakfast and evening hour with two free drinks - always a bonus. Our room had a great view of the bridge and kids loved the indoor pool.

Service staff were great- front desk, bar staff, breakfast staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Our first room, we discovered around 10pm the AC wasn’t working. The front desk sent someone to check it and he said it couldn’t be repaired that night so we were moved to a different room. The new room had a strong unpleasant odor, sheets were stained and the bathroom sink was not draining water. Given it was now 11pm, we used the bar sink to brush our teeth and called first thing in the morning and were assured housekeeping and maintenance would be by. When we got back that afternoon, sink was still not draining and sheets had not been changed. Front desk sent maintenance up who worked on the sink and the front desk staff brought new sheets which I changed myself. Sink finally drained but it was still sluggish. Vents covered in dust. We liked the location, staff (who we had multiple interactions with!) were very helpful and tried to fix what they could. Bar staff with the free happy hour drink was a nice bonus. And the gentleman making made-to-order omelettes every morning was great!
