This is not a 3 bedroom although it is listed that way. This is 2 bedrooms with a basement. It says it sleeps 11- absolutely no way 11 people would fit here. 8 MAX. Plenty of parking on the street but only one spot in the driveway. However, you receive a message before check in asking only 2 cars max park on the street due to neighbors complaining. The house was clean and had all items needed for cooking.

Birthday Celebration We rented this VRBO to celebrate our daughter’s 13th birthday, and there were definitely some positives. The interior of the home was clean and comfortable, and the basement—referred to as a bedroom—turned out to be a fun and spacious area the kids really enjoyed.However, there were a few things that held the experience back. The yard was in poor condition—messy, overgrown, and clearly not maintained—so we couldn’t really use the outdoor space the way we had hoped. Also, there was no TV in the bedroom. That might not be a deal-breaker for everyone, but it would’ve been helpful if it had been clearly noted in the listing, as it impacted how we relaxed in the evenings.The property has a lot of potential, especially for families, but a little more attention to outdoor upkeep and clearer listing details would go a long way.
