Enjoy your home away from home in this historic home. This location is minutes away from MainStrasse entertainment district's restaurants, bars and boutiques. I am blocks away from the Ohio river. Walks along the river give you beautiful views of Cincinnati and make it convenient to reach its many dining, sporting, museums and other cultural attractions. Also in the "neighborhood" , Newport on the Levee and the Aquarium. The space This cozy 3rd floor apartment has its own private entrance. It has a dishwasher and eat in kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, toaster and Keurig. Basic cookware,as well as dishes and flatware are provided. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate along with breakfast bars and oatmeal is available. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance via an electronic keypad lock. The 4 digit code will be provided prior to your arrival. You will have use of the entire apartment. You will access the gate from Greenup Street. Fantastic stay, couldn't ask for more, Elizabeth, the host showed me around. She is very gracious and goes the extra mile every step of the way. The location is central to everything, easy to get around, even if just walking within Covington, the walk to Cincinnati isn't even all that bad. Very nice home with more than ample space, an old home that has been revitalized, very beautiful, highly recommended!

If I could give 5 extra stars to this property I would. Where do I even begin? LOCATION: the property is centrally located to a hub of restaurant, enertainment, and river options. Historic home, with meticulously restored touches. Elizabeth the host was fabulous at providing information and recommendations on places to eat, relax, and sightsee. Beautiful neighborhood, lyft/uber friendly, parking. ACCOMODATION: It was beautiful, even more so in person, and IMMACULATELY clean. I mean, IMMACULATELY clean and tastefully decorated. Bathroom is spacious, and you have a few areas you could sit with guests that are not the bedroom. Cozy, wonderful kitchenette to use. Host was even kind enough to provide a litttle coffee, tea, and other options. Bed was very comfortable, actual bedroom was relaxing. Even had a guide for you to get to know the area. On top of all that there's a private back garden area to sit, enjoy the beautiful garden and even a small koi pond. Its gated so you feel private and secure and the whole garden was just peaceful. HOST: Best host ive ever had the pleasure to book with. She allowed you your private time, but was available, responsive, and most of all welcoming. I had not been to the area ever and she even took the time to show me a few places herself to ensure I got a taste of covington. Sweetest, most warm and accomodating human :) if you are looking for a place to stay in covington I really can't imagine a better accomodation. Wouldnt book anyplace else

Listing was accurate.Everything we needed was provided. Place was clean. Bed was comfortable. Appliances in kitchen worked properly. Shower had good water pressure and hot water. Had no issues with the VRBO or the surroundings/neighbors.

This home is well-located for an easy drive around Cincinnati. We found close parking each night, check in was easy with one minor clarification message, and the space is beautiful and squeaky clean.

Visit to our former hometown We spent 1 month in this darling 3rd floor apartment just a quick walk to downtown Covington and across the river to Cincinnati. The neighborhood was quiet, Elizabeth was an amazing host and there never was an issue with street parking. I would highly recommend this stunning Victorian home for your next vacation. You will never find a better host than Elizabeth.

Perfect central location The property is in the perfect location for doing all the things we needed to do. We were able to walk over to Cincinnati for Reds game. We visited the Air Force Museum, the ark encounter and the creation museum. We took one day to just sort of hang out in the general area. The property is a renovated top floor of a historical home. It is renovated very well with all of the necessary appliances and comfortable spaces. Communication with the property owner was fast and reliable. If we have an opportunity to visit the area again, we would definitely try to stay there again.

Amazing Top Floor Loft My husband and I loved our stay here. The building is over a hundred years old and has been renovated to keep its charm and updated with modern conveniences. The owner was easy to communicate with and check in and out was very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. And the neighborhood was very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again.

A cozy, comfortable retreat The apartment is very comfortable with all the nooks and nuances of an older home. While the stairs might be a challenge for some, the third-floor roost offers quiet, as well as good views of the neighborhood. Downtown is just a few blocks away, and a grocery is within walking distance.
