Hotel bem organizado, localizado no sopé da Covilhã a pouco tempo de viagem da Torre. Restaurante com uma boa carta e menu infantil sempre disponível. Hotel certificado na dieta gluten free, para tal deve-se preencher o formulário para a nutricionista avaliar. Club infantil pouco desenvolvido e sem acompanhamento. Jogos e brinquedos incompletos e velhos, merece uma atenção. Deveriam ter mais cuidado com os clientes que querem usufruir da piscina, durante a semana ocupado com aulas e pessoas de fora.

As comodidades do hotel são as regulares para este tipo de alojamento. O único ponto positivo foi o pequeno almoço. Nunca tinha estado num hotel, em Portugal ou fora, com um atendimento tão mau. Todo o staff com quem interagimos eram muito antipaticos, sem noção nenhuma de como receber e tratar o cliente. Jantamos uma noite no restaurante do hotel e foi uma miséria. Recomendo seriamente formação em atendimento ao público para o staff.
