Clanree Hotel & Leisure Centre ★★★★
"very nice hotel very friendly staff, excellent food in McGettigan's"
Sandhouse Hotel ★★★★
"A brilliant service, Stuff super friendly"
Aras Ghleann Cholm Cille ★★
"Great location. Clean, affordable, practical yet with a subtle level of comfort that won't leave you dissatisfied. We cooked our own steak dinner in the kitchen. I imagine when it's busier you might want to plan that carefully. Nice more than adequate continental breakfast laid on. The proprietors are amenable. Interesting and extremely friendly. Leon will go out of his way to orientate you with the local attractions. You really must give it a visit. Kevin & Suzanne"
Jackson's Hotel & Leisure Centre ★★★★
The Harbour Inn ★★★
The Great Northern Hotel ★★★★
Lough Eske Castle ★★★★★
"We had booked a courtyard room but were upgraded to a Deluxe double which was huge and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic and the bed and linens excellent. We even had a turndown service which we did not expect. We ate in the bar and the food and cocktails were excellent.Breakfast was also excellent and we are hard to please!!!!! The spa is lovely but would benefit from a covered walkway from the hotel as it was raining the whole time we were there. In general we would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will stay again.Very friendly and pleasant staff."
Kee's Hotel ★★★
The Villa Rose Hotel & V-Spa ★★★★
"This hotel is one of the few that provides conditioner. However, the hairdryer was very unreliable. Also, although there were vacant rooms, they assigned a window-side air conditioner unit, which was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. The staff were friendly, and there was ample parking."

Downings Bay Hotel
"Usually dine in this hotel and acknowledge food is great. However, when attending the Downings festival, spent time in this hotel and observed the poorest customer service of my life. When asked to replenish toilet roll, the member of staff covering reception declined advising 'the queue is too long, we're not putting out anymore'. Whilst I myself was fine, a lady was in a cubicle with her disabled child, dealing with an incident. I approached customer services along with her daughter, with a view to explaining the situation and the staff member closed themselves in a room at the back of reception, avoiding interaction with patrons. Thinking on my feet, I asked a young waiter for some blue roll to clean up a spill and declined his offer to do it for us. One mother of a disabled child and many other ladies were very grateful for the blue roll. Absolutely appalled at the customer service this evening. I acknowledge a lot of visitors to the hotel may not have been dining or staying there, however they are friends and family of Downings and surrounding areas and most likely staying in local caravan parks many of whom are owned by the proprietors of this hotel and weekend after weekend they spend their money locally and in businesses connected with this hotel. This festival is sponsored by this hotel, basic support should not be in question."
Joyce's Carndonagh Inishowen
"Convenience of check-in: Easy to find, and there's free parking. I would definitely come again. Safety: The hotel is very safe; it's frequented by locals. Facilities: The facilities are complete, with free toilet paper and private bathrooms."
Redcastle Hotel
"This hotel is starting to look tired in respect to decoration in some areas. The photos on the wall look good. The venue appears to facilitate weddings, and the view from the reception room is good. however this appears to be the best feature. The main concern is silver fish in the bedroom. When we spoke to staff offered another room however at 2:30 am no realistic. When I spoke with reception in the morning there was a blase stating that it is a water front hotel. breakfast was adequate how hot food not as good as cold selection."
Shandon Hotel & Spa
"Thank you to all your wonderful team of highly professional, efficient and dedicated staff for another superb visit and stay. I was with you in July and had a brilliant time then and even better time this weekend too. My room, with a gorgeous sea view was spotless, exquisite and so comfortable with everything and more than I needed. The room was serviced each morning to perfection. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff were warm, welcoming and exceptionally helpful. I ate In Beats bar and what an experience. Sea views and delicious top quality food, served with calmness even though the restaurant was exceptionally busy. Brid and all the staff treated us as if we were the only table in an already packed restaurant. Your spa and leisure facilities are amazing. Reception staff also were so helpful and knowledgeable. Cheryl checked me out and explained about the return guest also, very kind. Thank you and please God I will be able to return next year and savour the haven of tranquility and first-class experience. Thank you all."
Caisleain Oir Hotel
"Caisleain Oir is one of the most amazing hotels in Donegal, Ireland! Accommodations were fabulous, restaurant was wonderful, incredible bar with live music and most hospitable staff! Conveniently located near the airport. Highly recommend!!!!"
Woodhill House
"When driving on a country road with beautiful scenery, you will see dots of exquisite small houses. Woodhill is a family hotel that cannot be seen even when walking on the road. It can be reached by driving deep into the dense forest-like path. You need to prepare a signal and psychological; but after arriving, you will find that if you want to experience the Irish countryside, you should come to Woodhill. John is a sincere grandfather who has eleven grandchildren who have stayed in Hong Kong. It is interesting to chat with him. It is really quiet at night. It's nice to get away from the lights for a while."
Arnolds Hotel
The Lodge @ Harvey's Point
"Check-in convenience: Check-in requires checking in at the main building, which is not very convenient. The room is located in a small courtyard 200 meters away. Security: Very secure, with electronic locks and automatic doors. Facilities: Complete facilities. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic, with underfloor heating. Environment: Beautiful. Service: Excellent, no need to queue for breakfast."
