Dear General Manager, I would like to thank you and your staff for making our stay very enjoyable . During our stay, our family had a large gathering across the street at the convention center where several of our family stayed at your hotel. and from our experience, you made us feel like it was home away from home. At one point on that first day, I want to make a point. Upon leaving and coming back several times that late afternoon trying to get things settled across the street a certain staff member that stuck out by the name of Rosemary Garza at the front desk would always make us feel welcomed. Rosemary saw that we were struggling with the high temperatures of heat and asked if would like some water and how was our stay going so far and asked if there was anything we needed. Rosemary also gave us recommendations of place to go as well !!! Rosemary job well done !!!! And if I was your boss, I would hire more personnel like you ! You have a shining and welcoming personality. We always looked forward to seeing Rosemary‘s :-) smiling face every afternoon upon entering the lobby and she would wish us a good night every night. Your breakfast was OK. I know we had a lot of people you had to keep up with & the hot water container being broke, but that’s OK. We managed just fine and had our tummy’s full. The property is probably the nicest in the area of all the 3 Stars around. I would recommend Fairfield and do plan on staying again.

The Lady at ck in was vey helpful. The room was very nice with good lighting and adequate number of 120v outlets. We did not find any luggage carts. They may have been left on 3rd floor. clean rooms. I expected a better breakfast, there was not a very good selection.

Nice property with good size rooms

Front desk lady is so nice and very clear on what i needed and verified everything that i asked for the rooms i booked for my men. Overall nice place
