I was rented a room with a broken TV, no sound. When I asked the desk for assistance they replied that they were aware of the problem and it could not be fixed.

Over all the 1st room the AC was not working and coming from North Dakota and not used to the heat AC was not working the front desk clerk had mentioned if their was something that didn’t work or something we didn’t like to let him and he would accommodate to our needs he took over 40 min to come to the room moved us and the AC didn’t work properly some vents need to be dusted but yeah

Whoever is responsible for the maintenance of this property really needs to catch up with the backlog. I am wondering if they have a maintenance responsible at all.
During check-in we had to pilgrim through 5 rooms since each one have issues (burn out light bulb on the bathroom, non-functioning heather when the temperature was circa 32 degrees, etc), some even serious safety issues like broken smoke alarm detector or a burnt cable on the bathroom due to a short circuit. I am wondering when was the last fire marshal inspection on this property?
The guy at the front desk was very combative whilst discussing our concerns with the issues on each of the rooms even trying to dismiss our concerns.

Check in was :( … we were given 1 room on 1st floor and 1 second floor with a ton of luggage. Elevator was down, we requested another room on first floor. Rooms are filthy bathrooms are filthy. All hvac and heat were turned off we turned it on. It’s January we asked for additional blankets from front desk and she kept just giving us one for 4 different beds. She kept stating she did not understand why we needed an additional blanket. We wound up with two. She said the rest were being washed???
Food is suspect at breakfast. Sign states breakfast 53-930, she told us 4-8am… hmmmm I would not only not recommend but recommend property clean floors they are filthy
