Definitely not a 4 star hotel, apparently it's been recently refurbished, but not obviously notable. As you walk in on arrival, the lobby is OK,but staff didn't smile once or welcome you. No offer to take cases etc The room was OK but around the tiles in bathroom and toilet was grimmy and not clean. Shower OK. Wardrobe lacked space, no way of hanging your longer dresses and only 2 draws. Bed was very comfortable Pool sunbathing ( main pool) is cramped, the other smaller pool and sunbathing area has dirty decking, stains from drinks etc I still noticed 4 days into holiday Restaurants OK, food standard and nothing special, most staff look bored and no interaction with you The All inclusive really isn't worth the money, from a wine drinker its only dry house wine, which is awful, plenty of branded spirits if that's what you want. It takes ages sometimes to get a drink as long queues for drinks in the day time. Evenings have waiter service but again takes a while to get drinks. Would help if there were water dispensers scattered around instead of queuing. We spoke to several other people who were not happy with the hotel, its just not upto a 4 star standard,considering the money we pay it should have been better.

We had a fantastic stay here, the hotel is well managed and beautifully clean. The food is incredible, so fresh and well presented with an amazing choice that changes daily. I had a full body massage in the Spa which was heavenly. The pool is clean and I had a wonderful swim. All the staff are polite and hardworking. If we return to Costa Teguise we would definitely return to this hotel.

Ce fut notre deuxième séjour et le niveau reste très bon. Belles infrastructures, emplacement top en front de mer. Le buffet du soir est vraiment excellent et varié (un thème chaque soir). Le petit-déjeuner est au niveau du dîner !

Excellent 7 night stay. Comfortable room nice and peaceful. Great location. Good selection of food. Some of the food I found a bit cold but there is a microwave in the dining room, so was able to heat the food up. Only negatives I have are about the room, no place to hang long dresses in the wardrobe space, and no proper dressing table with a chair. All staff in dining area are pleasant, and welcoming. Housekeeping staff are excellent, lovely clean room every day. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Close to the beach. If you want to explore other areas take the bus no 3 to Porto del carmen was €5.90 for two adults one way. The same bus will also bring you to the excellent open mall shopping centre in Arceiffe. The cost of bus is €2.00 per adult one way. Recommend trip to volcanoes, we booked with the tour company located down the road from The hotel outside the back entrance at champs bar turn left and past a few restaurants and shops and he is located there . Also did a trip to playa Blanca market on the Wednesday was €21 pp. On the whole an enjoyable comfortable relaxing week away.

A clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing in terms of the quality and the sheer number of different dishes. A great base for exploring Lanzarote.

Hôtel magnifique, personnel hyper agréable, restauration variée. Vraiment j'insiste sur la gentillesse du personnel. Le seul petit hic est le vent sur la terrasse de la piscine à débordement qui a une vue splendide sur l'océan. Peut être trouver une solution pour amoindrir ces flux de vent qui sont vraiment très pénible

Just stayed for 2wks had a fantastic time Hotels in great location, rooms are fab like the whirlpool on balcony nice touch, Staff friendly and very helpful, stayed full board plenty of choice breakfast and lunch, pool area fantastic with activities during day. Will stay again

Just returned from a quick 4 night stay all inclusive. First time to Costa Teguise and this hotel. We have had a few poor experiences with Barceló in Playa Blanca but could not believe the difference here. The food, service and staff could not be faulted - all were outstanding. Costa Teguise itself could do with a bit of TLC when compared to Playa Blanca. We taxied to/from the airport which was super easy and about €30 each way. The lovely Alba in reception extended our room to 3 pm on our departure day. So many positives, room on the ground floor over looking side street was maybe a little dark if we had to put one negative - but we spent so little time in the room it. Barely registered. Main pool looked busy with sun bed reservation happening, we always lay by the quieter infinity pool. Ability to order drinks to your lounger via the app as part of AI was incredible.

Friendly and helpful staff, good food and variety ( maybe could change evening buffet around a bit more). Guinness!!! :-). Close to shops, bars, beach. Organised trips - Rancho Texas zoo was very good.
