The hotel facilities are OK, but there is a little noise from the airport nearby. The service staff is very polite, but the service is terrible. First, the twin room we booked was changed to a double room (we still checked in at 4 o'clock on time), then we asked about breakfast again and again but the front desk was hesitant, and finally the restaurant told us that although we booked breakfast, we still need to pay extra, and finally the hotel charged extra room money and refused to refund it after contacting us many times.
