The place itself is very beautiful. It's just a long way to the airport and Corralejo because the motorway isn't finished yet.

Necesita mejorar mucho en restauración, según la hora que llegues tienes de todo o un poquito, llevaba tiempo sin volver al hotel, porque para mi la comida es importante, y es solo aceptable, si fuera una semana, nunca lo elegiría. Sigue igual que antes, pero más caro, por lo demás, no tengo queja.

This hotel has surpassed my expectations, a last minute booking which has been a great stay. The rooms are modern, cleaned daily, towels only changed when required, the pool area has the best setup I have ever come across, 3 pools to choose from, music and activities provided if required. The food is good quality and plentiful. The only downside for me was the snacks provided in-between breakfast, lunch, and dinner were burgers, hotdogs not my thing I only went to try to give a rounded review but I feel they could probably do without it or something a bit different. I never went to the entertainment so I can't comment, I never got round to the spa but it looks good and modern as was the gym, again I never used it. Plenty of places to go to get out of the sun, reception area was huge, level 2 had pool table, book exchange etc. I believe the upper terrace was for nude bathing, again never tried that. The only real downside for me was the hotel is on the top of a hill and nothing much going on outside, like a bar nearby but it wouldn't put me off going again. The hotel is adult only which makes a difference to the atmosphere, I'm not against children but I do like my peace.

Hotel light and airy, rooms clean and cleaned each day. We were sceptical from other reviews. We booked for a cheerful break,no fuss, just a week sitting by the pool. Staff really friendly, bar staff good and generous with drinks. Food was actually fine, nothing exciting but you can put meals together. If you want a full english,it’s all there too. Pool opens at ten and no bun fights for beds. You will need to buy a beaker for one euro for your drinks which you can either hand back and get a refund or take it home as a momento.small shop onsite, has snacks, drinks and trinkets. Have luggage room if you check out early on you day of departure. Also offer a courtesy room for a shower. Rooms have hairdryers, fridge, outside chairs and sun beds. Air con as well. So all in all,we had low expectations and we were pleasantly surprised.

Great hotel for adults/couples, lovely quiet area of Fuertaventura, met all of our expectations. Quality of food was good, lots of variety to choose from. Shame that some holiday-makers didn’t stick to the dress code at meal times, disrespectful to others

Get what you pay for ..dont expect 4 star . Rooms ok. We had a junior suit . Air con was either on or off . Controls not working properly. Not the cleanest of places . Communal areas not cleaned very often . Rubbish and litter blowing around, glasses not collected. The place is run on a shoe string of staff . The staff in the restaurant very polite and helpful. Food wasn't the best .. warm most days at best . Some dishes were stone cold . You could get a freshly made omelette for breakfast.. so that was a good thing . Pool bar service was very slow at times .. again lack of staff . The pool area is now fenced off with a glass fence and the pool is only open between 10am and 6pm. If you go with an open mind and don't expect too much .... its OK. Location is out of the way . Luckily we had a car .. or it's taxis .. .

I was looking for a hotel where I could relax and unwind without all the hassle of busier hotels. I definitely found it here. There was always somewhere to go to . Whether it was a sunbed or a seat on the terrace. The terrace has a bar in the evenings and it was really nice when a guest started playing his own loud music that they asked him to turn it off. It's a smaller hotel than I thought it would be but great for relaxing. The entertainment guy during the day tried his best to get people involved. I didn't use the evening entertainment. The food, it was a bit 'samey' but perfectly adequate. The restaurant did feel a bit like a canteen. I had read that it was a more remote hotel so I was prepared for walk to any shops/bars. It took about 20-30 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket. The room was really spacious and was cleaned thoroughly daily . My towels were replaced when I left them on the floor, as instructed. I am not sure why other people complained about this, as it was impressed on to call reception if anything was needed. The reception staff were really pleasant and always had a friendly hello. The only 'down' comment i would make is that they need to find a bigger space for the hotel shop. It is packed to the brim with everything you could think of. It needs more space.

I had a great first solo holiday at KN Matas Blancas. The room was clean and serviced almost daily. I found the food tasty with plenty of variety—despite some reviews, mine was always hot, likely because I went early. All the staff were lovely and friendly; I especially appreciated Luana at the bar, even though others seemed to complain about her. I didn’t really join the entertainment but the guy running it seemed great—not pushy at all. The pool area was well-managed with no stress about finding sunbeds, and while the towel situation could be improved (you can only get pool towels from the spa after 11am), it wasn’t a big issue. The only real downside was the long transfer—it took over 2.5 hours and a lot of waiting around, though others had quicker journeys. There’s not much nearby in terms of bars or restaurants, which I expected, but still tried exploring—only to find the bars listed online were hotel-only or residential! Overall, it was a relaxing, enjoyable stay, and I’d happily recommend it—especially for solo travellers.

This is not a 4 Star, more like a 3 Star. My first gripe is the Food, it is terrible, repetitive and cold most of the time even if you get fist in line. The snack bar is warm burger and chips only with a little cold cheese and meat and all food you have to fight for with the fly's constantly around and on your plate or glass. Towels changes twice in a week and no bed lining changed at all only remade. My biggest grip was housekeeping helping them selves to loose change left on my bedside cabinet 2 days in the trot until I complained then it stopped. THEFT is never acceptable. Next to no entertainment in the evenings at all, the restaurants we stayed at in the evenings at the end of the week provided more entertainment. Staff nice rooms clean and hotel clean is the only thing good I can say. Wouldn't not revisit or recommend.

Let's start with the positives.....the suite room we booked was decent  with lounge area and nice bathroom. Bed was way too soft and you will defo need extra pillows. The hotel itself it definitely not a 4 star in my opinion. The food was applaulin. I have never seen so many flies hoovering around the food which was not covered. The snack bar was absolutely disgusting....would not even attempt to eat that, this consisted of burgers, chips and hot dogs which had been sitting there uncovered with flies just sitting on it. The drinks were limited. All you get for all inclusive is wine on tap, beer on tap and a small selection of cocktails which were gross. You also have to pay one euro for a platisc reusable cup to have a drink by the pool. Bar staff are so unfriendly. Only staff that were  nice and fruendly were the staff receptionist. WiFi is crap, so be warned. The location is in the middle of nowhere and there isn't much to do at all. Thankfully our stay was only 4 days which was our saving grace. Done a couple of excursions to break this up. There isnt enough sun loungers for all the guests. They say there are 3 pools, which are all small and right next to eachother. I have never seen so many flies hoovering the pool as well. The spa is not included and if you want to use it you have to pay. There is a gym, which is small but it is free to use. Would I ever come back.....absolutely NOT.

Avoid avoid avoid. I don’t usually leave reviews but it’s important for people to know the reality as I ignored the reviews and it cost me. Let’s start with the positives, the staff were helpful and kind. I felt safe during my time here as a solo traveller. The main issue I have with the hotel is the terrible hygiene everywhere. The rooms are not cleaned properly and the showers look awful very filthy and outdated. The entire hotel needs a revamp because it’s not acceptable. The dining area was just as bad, plates and cutlery had not been cleaned properly. There were stain marks on the plates, I felt icky my whole time here due to the terrible hygiene of the place. Totally unacceptable. I left a sign on my door requesting for my room to be cleaned , this was ignored and I was told if I did want my room cleaned to not put any signage on the door as the cleaners don’t understand. What sense does that make ? The equipment in the gym looked like it hadn’t seen a wash rag in God knows how long. The treadmill had accumulated so much dust that I wasn’t even comfortable to hold on during my work out. I would not stay here again , the location is bad and very deserted nothing to do around. The “town centre” which is five minutes away in the taxi doesn’t offer much choice in food options they have a handful of restaurants. While I’m in the topic of food , thank God I only had breakfast included and that was terrible. Flies everywhere and around the food. The food was bland and did not taste fresh. The room itself was not up to par, the bedding and pillows were not fit for purpose very outdated and just not acceptable . The hotel also has random hidden costs for things that should be free , like use of plastic cups.
