Very good experience

We stayed here for a week 03.08.25-10.08.25 the staff were all friendly and polite soon as we got to reception they said our room was ready us. The room was big and spacious and had a balcony which we got a side view of the small pools and had the zip line swing and football pitch facing us. The food wasn’t great as I am a fussy eater but my our daughter managed to find a little something to eat. Breakfast was a no no for us we only went down once and I couldn’t rate that at all. We did find a restaurant across the road that served English and Scottish breakfast that was quite nice. I must say trying to get a sun bed was quite difficult as people had their towels on them before 9am. There was a lovely lady called Sara who worked at the bar she always made us feel welcome . They had children’s entertainment that was ok and the evening entertainment wasn't too bad either. We did notice as well that after 11pm along the corridors you would hear children making a noise and running along as there are gaps under the door you can hear everything. Our room was cleaned daily to a good standard and towels changed everyday. We did go to Fanabe beach where we hired a paddle boat for €25 for the hour, that was fun. We also went on the train tour which was €42 double return trip, we spent some time at Playa De Las Americas it was really lovely. Thursday and Saturday there was the Fañabe market behind our hotel that had some lovely stalls, bags hats clothes gifts etc we bought quite a few things from here at good prices. We did take part in a survey along the beach where we won a free bottle of wine which we collected at a local hotel and we also picked a card and won a free holiday they did take our details so hope to hear from them soon (we are still waiting to hear back as they said 10 days after you arrive back in the UK, we are hoping that they do contact us otherwise it’s false information and advertment) Overall it was a lovely holiday and would recommend to families.

Arrived after a slight delay at 10pm, being half board I expected some food but non offered. The only hotel I’ve ever stayed in to not offer something when arriving in the evening. When I enquired about this afterwards reception told me we could have lunch in our last day to make up for this lost meal. We went to the dining room to be embarrassed and asked to stand aside by the lady on the door calling over the manager and ringing reception to check we were indeed allowed lunch. Was also told that if you’re arriving late you need to email the hotel prior to arrange food if needed. As it was our first stay I wasn’t aware. Room - as expected it was dated but clean, room service was hit and miss. Air con poor, we had a Calima whilst there and it was very hot, the air con was useless. Food - it was okay, nothing special. Some items like the sausages at breakfast were poor quality. Always found something to eat. Drinks at the bar good quality and reasonably priced. Pool - we used the adult only roof terrace enjoyed it up there very peaceful. No problem getting sun beds. Entertainment - bit of a mixed bag, nothing on the main stage two nights. Some good acts. Bit disappointing overall. Staff - friendly and helpful, emailed a request for a higher floor prior to arrival which was provided. Location - had walked past here many times in the past but our first stay. 10 mins walk to the beach. A little out of the way for the restaurants and bars we like but only €5 in a taxi. Supermarket across the road handy for supplies. Overall for what we paid it was fine, we knew the hotel was due a refrub. Would stay again if the price was right.

Wow!! Honestly this hotel is fabulous, I read loads of mixed reviews - about sun beds, breakfast, staff and honestly everything about it was 10/10! The bar staff went above & beyond, especially the staff on the roof top bar! A smile on everyone’s face which brightens up the day! The breakfast was more than sufficient, a bit of everything. Fresh omelette, fresh pancakes, fruit etc everything you could have asked for and more! The rooms were spotless!! Cleaners came round every day, cleaned topped to bottom! Hats off to them, they done an amazing job! The pools were brilliant, no problem with sunbeds, on roof top or at main pool, apart from the same woman coming down at 6.30am every morning ( no need!) The hotel has everything and more and I well recommend it to anyone! Thanks so much for an amazing stay & we will see you all soon!!

Just returned from a 4 night stay for a girls holiday. Had a wonderful time. Bar staff were amazing and the restaurant staff . Entertainment great and the entertainment staff were full of energy. Good acts . Roof top pool was a little bit cloudy but other pools were lovely and clear . What I was very impressed with was they didn't allow you to leave towels on loungers first thing in the morning and go back to your room. So plenty of beds available. The pool towels were great lovely and long and sunbeds were comfortable. The courtesy rooms were clean and quite a few of them. The rooms are a little dated but very clean but to be honest I'm not fussed on ultra modern. Check in staff very helpful. Definitely worth a visit

Hotel reception very large & welcoming. Staff on reception check in pleasant. Rooms were large & clean. Aircon was great. Beds & pillows comfortable. Balcony was big enough. Cleaners did great job. Main swimming pool was good for activities. Pool food & drinks were good. Staff around pool area were nice. Drinks reasonably priced. Some nice restaurants short distance walk but very steep hill . Would recommend this hotel.
