Stayed in September as a family of four! 13 year old and 3 year old hotel was lovely and clean the staff at the hotel really helpful and friendly the water park for the kids was great food was good entertainment was really good kids and wife loved it! Overall we all loved our stay at this hotel could not fault anything and will be returning to stay again one day!

Beautiful hotel with stunning top floor views. We stayed in the harmony suite for 8 nights as a family of four- two babies under 3 and it was very spacious and clean. The jacuzzi was a hit. Being on the 5th floor gave lovely views although the glass balconies did worry us with our toddler. The daily cleaning service was amazing, always had fresh new sheets daily and free cartons of water and chocolates which were a hit with our 2 year old. Their service is great, we noticed there were ants along the bath basins and floor and reported it to reception who sent someone straight away to fumigate the room. The jacuzzi also had some brown froth in one corner which once alerted to staff, was promptly dealt with. The breakfast variety was definitely A* class, there was an abundance of continental food selection which catered to all of us. Really impressed with their fresh juicing station too which we didnt take enough advantage of! The fluffy pancakes were a hit with my 2yr old son and the made to order eggs and bakery selection was fantastic. The evening dining restaurant however, was disappointing and was not great at all nor value for money. The food seemed basic and there wasnt a great selection. Only the pizza was decent. We only stayed in twice to eat here and found other restaurants outside which were much better value for money. The waterpark is small and limited so our two year old got bored pretty quick and it was a shame he wasnt allowed on the bigger slides even with an adult, this would have made it more enjoyable for my son. Would have also been nice to be given a brochure or leaflet of what there was to do there and any excursions or even a whatsapp chat service as it made it difficult for us to navigate around the area and constantly asking reception desk for information was inconvenient especially with an impatient 2 year old. The evening entertainment was not great and held inside the reception area which had limited seating and restricted views because of the pillars, which made it difficult to enjoy the acts. The kids mini disco was poor. My son was bored by the third night and made up his own dancing instead. For a 5 star family friendly hotel you would expect there to be more for young kids. Would have been nice to have entertainment held outside but was told it wasnt in season…

Reviews Search reviews Denise o 1/5 7 minutes ago on Google First time staying at the gf victoria, as usually stay at the gf isabel and can truly say I have never been so disappointed with a hotel ever abroad or even in UK. Every morning at breakfast (7 days in a row) would ask for a high chair for my lo, every morning would get it myself half way through the restaurant as none staff ever brought the high chair despite asking for it when placing the drinks order. Our room was flooded on 3rd day here. 3 year old daughter slipped and banged her head as we didn't know it was there. Went down and told the reception and told them about it, they did say oh sorry we will get it sorted. We went out and came back 5 hours later and went too room as no one had said we couldn't re enter, too the room flooded more and could clearly see that it was coming from the lights. So we called reception and told them about it again told that someone has checked it so they would send a cleaner too dry the floor. Once the cleaner had arrived I explained too them they could stand there and repeatedly clean it although it was pointless as it's coming from the roof. So called reception again and asked if a manager could come see it as felt like was not took seriously. Manager came about 20 minutes later and said yes we have too move you room as the pool above it leaking. Did apologise however didn't seem overly fazed or interested as it was reported more than once.We packed and got told someone will come get us too move everything too new room. Called them waited 30 minutes after 30 minutes called again waited another 20 minutes no one arrived. Bye this point it was 8pm and child was soo hungry so we took everything too reception ourselves as no one came too help. They did offer us dinner in the buffet but we declined and told them kids didn't like it when we paid 150 euros the night before so wasn't wanting that. So after a long day took lo too mini disco asked for a drink at 8.30 waited until mini disco was over at 9pm still no drink and was leaving. Asked waiter if we could not be charged for the drink we didn't get. Got offered the drink as we were leaving the mini disco which obviously was refused as wanted it for the mini disco. Pools are nice that's if someone hasn't soiled in it and have too wait until full pool is re cleaned. Buffet dinner I would not recommend. Breakfast is good apart from asking for high chairs too not recieve them so have too go hunt about restaurant too get one. I would not recommend this hotel especially for the price you pay too have such horrible experiences felt like it's been a nightmare holiday I would not be back. I would highly recommend gf isabel and will be returning to there.

Exceptional hotel - true 5 star experience! We stayed in a senior suite which is perfect for a family of four. Large decent quality beds for the kids and a huge bed for us. Two bathrooms exceptionally handy. Breakfast buffet superb with all the options you could dream of. Never had a problem getting a sunbed. Fabulous location right next to Playa Del Duque shopping centre. Close to all amenities and restaurants. Always a large range of activities available and decent water park / play areas for larger kids. We travelled with a 10 and 13 year old. Would definitely return!
