We spent 4 days at the Kolfuschgerhof on a ski trip. The location works well with the mini-bus service to and from the slopes. The facilities at the hotel were excellent; the rooms a good size; the bar area very inviting; the restaurant/food excellent and the leisure facilities very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All round a perfect location! Look forward to returning in the future.

Wir sind nun bereits im dritten Jahr in Folge im Kohlfuschgerhof. Und ja, natürlich bietet das Hotel neben der Top Lage alles was man von einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse erwarten darf. Top Küche, sehr schöne Zimmer, Wellness, Spa, Pool mit Aussicht in die Dolomiten, etc. Aber das ist es eigentlich gar nicht. Was den Kohlfuschgerhof so einzigartig macht ist die Inhaberfamilie Ebner. Die um keine Hilfe verlegene Dagmar, Saunakönig Alex der mit seiner liebenswerten Frau jedem Geburtstagsgast ein Ständchen spielt, Seniorchef Otto der umtriebig stets das Wohl der Gäste im Auge hat, man spürt die Leidenschaft überall und natürlich auch beim kompletten Team. Alle eine Klasse für sich. Und nein, das ist nicht normal. Wir durften schon viele sehr tolle Hotels erleben und können getrost sagen: schlichtweg außergewöhnlich. Wir waren diesmal nicht einfach, Hilfe beim Arztbesuch, entladene Batterie, Sonderfahrten - bei allem wurde uns geholfen. Haben wir wieder gebucht ? Na klar :)

This has to be my favourite hotel to stay at when away skiing. The staff are simply wonderful and can’t do enough for you. The new outdoor spa with sauna, relaxation areas and outdoor pool is simply wonderful at the end of a long day skiing. Every room has its own ski locker with heater boot rack and the hotel mini bus takes you to the slopes each morning so there is no hauling ski gear to the lifts. The food is also first class, with a huge variety of choices at breakfast and dinner. The rooms are lovely, warm, clean and well maintained. If I could move here I would! I highly recommend this hotel.

A causa di un inconveniente sulla prenotazione mi ero un po’ risentita anche pubblicamente per quanto accaduto , ma il modo garbato ed educato della signora Cinzia che successivamente ci riportava le scuse della famiglia Ebner sono state molto apprezzate ed accettate , per cui , non appena sara’ possibile , confidiamo di poter soggiornare in questo splendido hotel dove e’ chiaro che la cura ed il rispetto verso il cliente e’ sicuramente prioritario

Totale mancanza di trasparenza, di professionalità , di rispetto e di educazione verso i clienti. Cercando un hotel a distanza di 10 giorni dalla fine dell’anno trovo su Booking questo hotel che nel periodo di mio interesse ha disponibilità , pertanto vado sul sito e invio una richiesta di disponibilità ed offerta soprattutto perché avrei voluto scegliere la camera. Passano due giorni e nessuno risponde , allora chiamo e mi risponde una signorina che mi informa di vedere la mia richiesta ma che in considerazione del troppo impegno del personale mi verrà risposto entro sera. Attendo tutto il giorno e niente. Attendo il giorno successivo e niente. Quello dopo ancora e niente , morale della favola nessuno mi ha mai più contattato e non solo non ho potuto prenotare in questo hotel ma mi e’ stato tolto completamente la possibilità di prenotare in qualche altro hotel, 4/5 stelle di zona che avesse disponibilità. La politica aziendale messa in atto da questa famiglia nella gestione dell’ hotel e’ da classificazione ad 1 stella e non certamente da 4 stelle e farò senz’altro la mia dovuta denuncia all’associazione albergatori di Bolzano. Signori si nasce diceva Totò!

Wir waren zum dritten Mal im Kolfuschger Hof und wie in den Jahren zuvor besticht das Hotel doch ein außergewöhnlich freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. perfekt gestylte Zimmer und einem Wellnessbereich wie er besser und stilvoller nicht sein könnte. Dazu kommt eine Gourmetküche mit großer Auswahl zum Frühstück wie auch Abendessen. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

If you're looking for a cozy hotel room with beautiful views and unbelieveable amentaties, then look no further. This was the most fantastic hotel/resort experience I have ever had (and I travel A TON!!). Axel, Dagmar and the entire Ebner family are the most welcoming of people. Although the hotel is large, they have a way of making you feel like you are the only guests staying there. The place is insanely clean and their 'Ladin style' is unlike I've ever seen! The food was fanatastic, I enjoyed waking up to the beautful views and looked forward to breakfast every morning. I have frequented many spas during my travels and their spa was by far the most multifaceted and relaxing. I tried the hay bath service which was a very wild but relaxing experience! My brother got married at Col Pradat there and all off the guests were in love with the place and had the most wonderful experience. If you are thinking about getting married here, don't look anywhere else. They had everything and more and made it such a special experience for my family. This place will be one of my strongest memories that I cherish. I'm not sure why this hotel is not a 5 star hotel because if you visit here, you will see that it absolutely is. I highly highly recommend this place!! Book now!!
