On arrival we were offered a glass of prosecco while we checked in - a nice touch. The room was spacious, wonderfully soft pillows and duvet, turn down service. Breakfast was ok - slightly disappointing, busy, only one person on the cooking section, poor quality granola, fruit average. Dinner was fabulous, our waiter was great (didn’t get his name) and as I’m a vegetarian he offered alternatives for me each evening and he remembered my preferences. Extensive wine list which you can order any by the glass which was great - took advantage of the opportunity. The outdoor pool area was a little busy when we went but the indoor was empty and plenty of wonderful relaxing space. My criticism and it might sound petty but it has annoyed me is that there was no body lotion in the room. I asked at reception to be told there isn’t any. I struggle to believe that a hotel charging the rates they do don’t offer body lotion in the room.

The best place in the Dolomites, no question! The attention to detail, food and service - I’m truly not sure it gets better than this. If you are planning a trip to the Dolomites - this is the only place to stay. Location is also perfect for many different hikes across all parts of the Dolomites. We will absolutely be back!

The hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. Location is perfect who look for silence , nature and beatiful scenery. Spa facilities are perfect. Outdoor pool is magnificient and much more beautiful that you could dream. Staffs are so helpfull and friendly whatever we asked they helped Specially Dagmar made our holiday such a wonderful experience,we so grateful to her

Every single thing about this resort was perfect! I wouldn’t change a single thing… the staff was welcoming and very helpful and friendly! The food was awesome. The chef went out of his way to make meals based on our diet restrictions.. the room was superb.. all the facilities were par excellence… would recommend it to everyone!

After 41 years of staying in ski hotels I can count on the fingers of one hand how many times I have returned to the same hotel . I have just returned to this wonderful hotel and read my review from last year which mirrors our superb experience this year . In fact the Ebner family continues to improve their hotel and service . Special thanks to Dagmar for her welcome, Axil for his wine expertise, Stefano for his restaurant service and Giovanni ( and colleagues) for brilliant ski shuttles.

We spent 4 days at the Kolfuschgerhof on a ski trip. The location works well with the mini-bus service to and from the slopes. The facilities at the hotel were excellent; the rooms a good size; the bar area very inviting; the restaurant/food excellent and the leisure facilities very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All round a perfect location! Look forward to returning in the future.

This has to be my favourite hotel to stay at when away skiing. The staff are simply wonderful and can’t do enough for you. The new outdoor spa with sauna, relaxation areas and outdoor pool is simply wonderful at the end of a long day skiing. Every room has its own ski locker with heater boot rack and the hotel mini bus takes you to the slopes each morning so there is no hauling ski gear to the lifts. The food is also first class, with a huge variety of choices at breakfast and dinner. The rooms are lovely, warm, clean and well maintained. If I could move here I would! I highly recommend this hotel.

If you're looking for a cozy hotel room with beautiful views and unbelieveable amentaties, then look no further. This was the most fantastic hotel/resort experience I have ever had (and I travel A TON!!). Axel, Dagmar and the entire Ebner family are the most welcoming of people. Although the hotel is large, they have a way of making you feel like you are the only guests staying there. The place is insanely clean and their 'Ladin style' is unlike I've ever seen! The food was fanatastic, I enjoyed waking up to the beautful views and looked forward to breakfast every morning. I have frequented many spas during my travels and their spa was by far the most multifaceted and relaxing. I tried the hay bath service which was a very wild but relaxing experience! My brother got married at Col Pradat there and all off the guests were in love with the place and had the most wonderful experience. If you are thinking about getting married here, don't look anywhere else. They had everything and more and made it such a special experience for my family. This place will be one of my strongest memories that I cherish. I'm not sure why this hotel is not a 5 star hotel because if you visit here, you will see that it absolutely is. I highly highly recommend this place!! Book now!!
