My 2 night stay was terrible! There is no elevator to help you bring your luggage to the second floor rooms. The second night stay cost over $400 and no one cleaned the room, no one made the beds, and once again there were not enough towels for my family of three. On the first night of our stay, there were only two towels for three of us. When I complained to the front desk twice about this, I was literally handed two garbage bags and towels, and I had to clean my own room. I filed complaints through *******, and the hotel said that I had never lodged complaints, which is untrue. I even provided photos. When I posted a review through *******, somehow the review was posted as excellent even though I had marked it as poor. ******* has yet to correct that. Do not stay here.

This hotel is convenient to an expressway and several restaurants nearby. It has been recently refurbished on this a great shape.

Our stay at Home Towne Studios was quite pleasant and comfortable! The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was welcoming and friendly, even with our very late check-in! Cortland is only a 30 minute easy drive to Cornell University and an affordable option when visiting that campus. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we are in the area and will definitely like to enjoy their impressive indoor swimming pool next time.
