Good - spacious room, has a courtyard pool, breakfast was included
Bad - our room has a window towards the corridor, so we had curtain on all the time and also it was a bit noisy from the pool.

Cleanliness: The room is very clean
Facilities: Indoor swimming pool and hot spring pool
Environment: Very quiet and feels good. There is a Wal-Mart 300 meters west of the hotel. The tax on Cortez is 7.35%, which is not bad.
Service: The service attitude is great, the waiters are very nice, and the breakfast is also good

Super clean and spacious rooms. Beds are pretty comfortable and my kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Certain sides of the hotel provide you with amazing mountain views. Large breakfast area as well. The front desk staff was also super friendly and helpful.

Great bed and pillows. Great shower with a great shower head and hot water. It was quiet and the room had good curtains to keep it dark! It was a Good breakfast. Very nice hotel! I would return!

Our family has stayed here before. Our kids like this pool the best out of other places in town. The hotel is dated. The room had a distinct smell, that was noticeable each time we walked in. The bathroom needs some cosmetic changes. I’m 6’1 and can look the shower head in the eye. Great water pressure tho! The hot tub needs some updating. The rocks from the walk way have peeled off and some are sitting on the bottom of the hot tub, so when you try to walk or rest your feet, you step on small stones. The breakfast has lots of options available and plenty of seating. This could be a nice place to stay with a few upgrade, but it’s is good enough for a weekend visit.

Accueil correct avec un check in en avance possible. Les chambres sont grandes avec micro ondes frigo ... La piscine et le jacuzzi se situent au centre et à l'intérieur ( je déconseille donc les chambres côté intérieur) Le petit déjeuner est très bon et complet . Il offre des produits sucrés et salés. Le personnel est agréable. Possibilité de manger sur la terrasse ( il faudrait cependant nettoyer les tables à l'extérieur et secouer les coussins car un peu sales ) Une bonne surprise dans l'ensemble.

The room had several maintenance and cleanliness issues that made the stay uncomfortable. There were mismatched paint touch-ups on the walls, nearly empty toiletries, and damp spots on the carpet. A large gap under the door let in noise and light, and the tub wouldn’t drain properly and even with the hot water turn on high I still had to take a cold shower. The fridge didn’t work initially but was replaced after I contacted the front desk. Trim pieces were broken and left in the room, and multiple cords were plugged into a single outlet using a low-quality splitter. Additionally, the fridge and an unplugged microwave were awkwardly placed in front of the only mirror, making the space feel cluttered and poorly arranged. Breakfast was served cold, and several items were either not working or not restocked, which was disappointing. The parking lot was in poor condition, though there was generally space available. However, considering the overall experience, the cost didn’t feel justified.
