Private neighborhood pool just step away and one block to tennis and pickle ball courts. Walk to two restaurants or the reciprocal yacht club privileges at the stunning Coronado Cays Yacht Club. At the end of the day, relax on the spacious patio overlooking the water with a cool drink while grilling in the oversized gas grill.
