Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Situated in the heart of Cornubia, but still close to shops and centrally located in easy distance to Gold Coast or Brisbane or Redlands. This home has 3 bedrooms all with queen beds so you can sleep up to 6 people. It's an inviting open plan fully renovated home full to the brim with features including accessibility features for wheelchair access. Very secure and private, you will have the whole place to your self-including off street parking for 2 cars. There are garden ponds with nature bursting and frogs galore. You and the kids can enjoy looking for the fish, playing badminton in the backyard or playing board games in air-conditioned comfort. Pets are also welcome so you can still go on holiday with your furry friends. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped, and you can enjoy cooking for you and guests, or baking and help yourself to anything in the pantry. You can even just relax and lounge in the many spots around the house that you have to choose from. The bathroom is like a day spa with private courtyard green outlook. There is even an outdoor hot shower you can enjoy if you really want to experience being with nature. There is a study connected to the main living area so if you need to catch up on work or emails you can do comfortably and with high speed Wi-Fi. Maybe even relaxing later in the afternoon with a backyard eco fire in winter and roasting some marshmallows. We want you to feel at home while you stay here, and we will be working on other features of the home over the coming months like a beautiful relaxing outdoor pergola. We also have a port-a-cot available if you have smaller little ones, with a change table and play pen. * A relaxing escape with tropical gardens, ponds and wildlife * Excellent location, 2 mins off M1 easy access to both Brisbane and Gold Coast Theme parks *Woolworths and restaurants at the end of the street within walking distance. *about 2km to the Hyperdome shopping centre with a shopping, restaurants, dining, library, and family fun experiences. The space -Super spacious: Whole home with 3 Bedrooms+ 1 Bathroom + external 400㎡ for your own use. Available is a portacot/change table, & play pen, if this is a requirement for travelling younger children and babies, please let us know at time of booking.
