Excellent location and very clean property. All staff very friendly. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to Laxman at guest relations / front desk who was very friendly and provided helpful information and superb guest service. Laxman should be recognised on our behalf and is a valuable employee. We will return back in the near future for sure!

Very nice view from the hotel room but must book the 1st floor room with sea view. The balcony is very good for having a cup of coffee/tea n relaxing. The hotel has a holiday feel. There is a swimming pool n self laundry by inserting coins, but no gym. Room is very clean, spacious with comfy bed. But toilet is very small compared with the room size. Buffet breakfast is ok with sparkling wine, but variety can be more.
Also tried the dinner in the hotel restaurant n it is just fair

We were very unhappy with the room alocated to us.
We booked a partial sea view room.
There was no sea view unless you stood up and were tall.
The view was blocked by a white permanent stand.
We went to reception to discuss this and were shown a smaller room with a view if you stood in the corner of the room.
We were told the place was fully occupied so they couldn't help us any more.
This wasn't correct as there were still vacancies on the website.
This all left us very disappointed.
On another note the breakfast staff were just lovely offering suggestions to us and other people about what to do locally.
No one at the front desk made any suggestions
Also at the front of our room where you could sit if you wanted to look at a white partition was overgrown with weeds as was some other parts of the resort
