Great location! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Loved being able to hang out in the lounge and play cards.

Excellent stay in a very central location. The staff member (unfortunately did not get his name) on duty when we were picking up our bags which we had left behind reception was extremely professional at dealing with multiple issues on his own - very impressed with the way he efficiently and politely dealt with everybody.

Arrived very early so left my bag behind reception, My friend and I then went out touring for the day, we later went for food and drinks and we managed to lose each other, she came back to the hotel with my phone, I later arrived with no phone and gave my details was told there was no booking for me, I waited in reception for nearly an hour whilst they tried to find my booking, eventually they found it on the check out list, this was after 1am so I was very tired and ready for bed. At breakfast the next morning we were told they hadn’t had a delivery so there were no sausages or pastries for breakfast, this was a little disappointing , Apart from this the hotel was central & clean, the staff were friendly.

It took forever to find it (walking from the train station). Receptionists was a bit testy. A coke costs €4.50! No shower curtain. Puddles of water on the carpet- well, you get the idea 😳

Good location, spacious room and staff are helpful with luggage storage and any other help needed.

Very average premier Inn Breakfast was appalling all items were cold, the bacon would have been suitable as shoe leather and inedible. Location was excellent for my nearby meetings which was the only benefit of this trip
