This is a very basic establishment, a hostel without dormitories. The location is good - in the heart of the old city, but very quiet. The hostel has a ********** theme - big rainbow flag out the front, and pictures of drag queens everywhere. Reception, left luggage etc. is at another venue nearby. Bathroom was fine.

Check in its not located in the hotel so is not convenient for a guest who is carrying a heavy luggage .Especially while the road is uneven stone road .

Exceed my expectations. Easy to self-checkin, close to all tourist spots. Owner has the very right understanding to customers’ true needs. We got a family room have a clean room, clean bed, clean toilet. We stayed 2 nights. Room got cleaned after we came back. That’s all what I expected. Nothing is fancy. Basic kitchen is available, not in use for me, nothing to comments.

Really central location, we booked a private double room and it was quite spacious and the best was comfortable. The bath was too small and the bathroom is quite old, quiet room and we did a self-check in so didn't see anyone!

Very basic lodging what I didn't like was the construction outside my window and 8am and that I had to check in the other Arc hotel 6 min walk away. The courtyard was nice but I wish they didn't have the automatic lights or at least the light switch for those who what'd to be outside after dark. Service was nice and they hold your bags. Overall not bad and not the worst.

We loved everything about it! Great location, staff, and convenience.

I was fine and comfortable. It was a bit difficult to get to. There's no parking to access the site directly. The guy who helped me via WhatsApp was very kind and quickly resolved the issue, relocating me behind where I had 24-hour parking for an additional €18. The facilities were average, nothing special. Everything was clean, but you can even hear a sneeze in the rooms. For a night alone or with friends, it's better to spend a little more time with your partner... something more private is better.

I loved the hostel, well-priced and centrally located. The rooms are unique and the beds super comfortable. The shared bathrooms were clean. I would stay again.

In general, everything was in keeping with the type of establishment, the facilities were as described in the information, and everything was very clean. Located in the historic city center, the hostel was very easy to access with the instructions provided. The only thing I would ask is someone to help with minor daily issues, such as replacing a light bulb.

Terrible accommodation! The walls are “falling down”, the bathrooms are very worn and old; you can hear everything from the other rooms; noise of pee from the room above mine as if it were running down my head like any water from the shower or taps; horrible smell of damp in the rooms; One of the towels had holes and another had a brown stain (???), really bad! The only positive point is the very friendly staff, clean sheets and clean room (as much as possible)

The location is the only positive thing about the place. The facilities are very old, and the room smelled musty, making everything very uncomfortable.

The room was normal, nothing more. The good thing is that it is quite central. I don't think it is a good idea to have to check in online.
