Nice staff, beautiful view, Good room

This hotel was in a great location, great service and awesome atmosphere! We even booked another night. The hotel has two swimming pools, a decent restaurant as well as beach access. They also offer scooter rentals, as the hotel is located far from any major areas of civilisation(closest 7/11 is about 4kms away), a scooter is very useful to get around and affordable. A word or caution though: The entire coastline on arrival was filthy, and we thought it was to be the case for the whole holiday, while the hotel made efforts to clear trash washing ashore it's kind of futile because there's so much in the water. This isn't the hotels fault and I'm led to believe it's a huge issue on this coast line. However, I am very happy to say on day 2 the water cleared up completely and was as clear as the ocean around Ko Samet! Overall this hotel is a great choice for a few days of quiet beach relaxation. We took a bus from Bangkok to ban phe then got a grab ( I never had issues using grab here or finding a car, as other travellers warned me would be the case) One day I will return!

Cleanliness - The room was fantastic, spotless in fact, 5/5. Location - I give this 3/5 because the hotel is located at a beautiful beach. However, the street around the hotel has nothing else on it (not the fault of the hotel obviously). The beach itself is beautiful, I will repeat, but only immediately in front of the hotel. The rest of the beach is very dirty. Service - This is where this hotel becomes a real disaster, and if I could I would give this section 0/5. We checked in around 11pm to 11:30pm. The staff came to the counter while watching a movie on his phone and left the movie playing full volume whilst looking for our key. After a very long process of checking the computer he led us to a room. He stumbled a lot on his way and appeared drunk. When we got to the room, he looked inside and told us it was already occupied. He told us that our room had been sold to someone else because we were late checking in and led us back to the reception where he walked off somewhere without telling us any more information. We stayed at the reception and used the bathroom facilities in the meantime. I also proceeded to contact trip dot com's customer support to let them know about the issue. After a while had passed he came back and walked past us to the bathroom. After coming out of the bathroom he led us to a new room and told us that this room was now available. The whole thing was bizarre and we were caused to worry unnecessarily by being told that we didn't have a room. I cannot think of any justification for his actions and it started off the stay at this hotel very poorly. Amenities - The amenities provided by the hotel were adequate. They included a bottle of water in the room. I do like when hotels provide toothbrushes and other smaller things so that would be the difference between me providing a 4/5 and a 5/5 for this part.

It’s an older hotel. The room was clean and adequate. Comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was limited, but otherwise OK

The location is good and the hotel is really quiet and peaceful. It’s a great choice for family and it’s also a pet friendly resort. Food was at reasonable price and tasty. Breakfast was enough. The downside was the door, the door is quite old hard to secure it. Service is average.

Room quite old need more maintenance and should renovate, AC in one room not cold enough, nice and quiet beach

The location of this hotel is at the ocean and very peaceful and quiet for relaxation. Close by are beach restaurants with good local and foreign foods .

The first 2 days were all good, but then the sea brought a huge amount of garbage and dead fish. The smell was unbearable. No one cleaned up the garbage, during high tide the garbage ended up in the sea again. It's terrible! You can't go into the sea. We were forced to leave a day earlier. The place is very secluded, there is nowhere to change money, we waited for a taxi for an hour. But this would have been an advantage for us, if it weren't for the garbage(

Clean hotel, good service, location next to the beach I like the 5th floor room. Wake up and see the sea view. Breakfast is ok. Overall, it's considered good. Have a chance to travel again

The hotel has a good location and scenery. Although it is a bit old, it is very useful. The only drawback is that the floor of the hotel room is full of sand. We are used to walking barefoot in the room, but we ended up bringing sand to the bed. Room 651, must be cleaned carefully!
