Lux Hotel

Under renovation Hotel is under renovation. No one at front desk. Hotel didn't answer the phone. Carpet pieces mattress and other debris scattered around hotel. No breakfast provided. Looked rundown. Said that they didn't do check ins until 4pm. Sign at front desk saying no vacancies but on a cars in parking lot.

Zero stars!! The family lives at the hotel and their kids were behind the desk with her while she was trying to check us in with their toys in the lobby. We got to our room and the fire alarm was beeping. They sent their son in and he pulled it off the wall and set it on top of our TV and told us that hooking it up to the wall is the “back-up” Last I checked the batteries are supposed to be the back up. In the morning when I was getting out of the shower I saw a huge cockroach and screamed!! We packed up all our things and got out of there!! I tried to tell them at the front desk but there was nobody there, and nobody ever came. I left a note with my email address and they never sent me any messages. I contacted ******* and they tried to get us our money back but the lux hotel refused the refund and said it is non-refundable and they don’t allow any exceptions. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Stay far far far away! Not only is it disgusting, they have terrible customer service!

Tired but being upgraded This is an old, tired property that is in the process of being upgraded. So far, so good, with improvements underway.

Very clean, comfortable, and friendly hotel! The one night stay was very good. The room was clean , comfortable, and the biggest TV I have ever experienced at a motel. It is an older hotel, but they are updating the hotel. Beds were good. I was given a handicap room. Which was great.

Horrible service The hotel overall is ok however my issue was the late check in at 5 and then u still have to check out at 11 totally ridiculous, and no iron in the room went to the front to ask for one no one was there, no one is hardly ever at the front desk… so the guest are on there own.

Just book here and don’t worry I’m 43 white guy who works in racing Room is huge, tv is huge and AC was cold. Kinda Hard Rock meets Luxury RV and Holiday INN mixed into one. Family owned and wish this hotel was in many spots I visit. Would never hesitate to stay here again!
