What a beautiful stay! We were welcomed in every possible way, starting with the friendly Valet, a glass of champagne with cheerful greetings at check-in, a swift settling in with our lovely Bellman Humberto, and a fabulous room in the heart of Coral Gables at this wonderfully historic yet modern Hotel. Wish I could give ten stars!

Hotel was nice and the location was excellent. Shout out to Humberto the concierge. He was attentive, helpful and went above and beyond in providing excellent service. He provided a great customer experience. Something you don’t see much now a days .

The hotel is immaculate, beautiful restoration which shines of character. I highly recommend this hotel, and I’ve traveled to so many. After a 12- hour flight ordeal, followed by a few kinks in our original hotel, Nick upgraded us with a one-night stay with most luxurious amenities, including a spiral stairwell that literally swept to a second floor level with it’s own bedroom and bath. The food was great and the ambience incomparable. I cannot wait to return to literally shake Nick’s hand. It’s very rare that you find a caring management team that does not miss a beat! 10 stars!!

Dated, but clean with friendly service. Bizarre room setup with spiral staircase loft. Rooms were extremely noisy (nearby pool).

Such a beautiful location for a wedding! The staff were so very friendly and accommodating at every turn. Special shout out to the concierge HUMBERTO for being the most delightful helper from check in to check out. (I left my phone in my car and he personally saw to it to retrieve it from Valet and bring it to my room!)

Great hotel in a perfect spot and excellent staff. We were in town visiting friends, and had an amazing time. Even with multiple events going on in the hotel, the staff were very helpful and attentive. Humberto and the front desk made for a great visit.

The staff is very pleasant and willing to offer assistance. When I checked out of the hotel, I got distracted and left my carryon bag upstairs by the Front Desk. Humberto dashed downstairs to us while we were at the valet and brought my bag. I would definitely make reservations at the Hotel Colonnade again. Great service!
